    This TV is okay, but I was expecting much better for the price I paid, even on sale. There isn't a noticeable difference when watching sports, especially considering it is a 120hz native refresh with fancy upgrades to make it a 480 motion rate. To top it all off, I had this TV delivered because I drive a small car that can't move it to/from the store, and when I went to return it, there was no option for Best Buy to help me take it back to the store, so now i'm stuck with the TV. I get it for smaller items, but this was over $1,000 for a TV, so I was expecting better support.

    I have had nothing but issues with this TV. Unfortunately I was out of town immediately after buying it and didn't discover the issues until a couple months later. The image will do a quick flicker of black from time to time. No rhyme or reason. I have tried using the built in Apps, PS5, Apple TV and they all exhibit the behavior so it isn't a cable issue or external device issue. I get a lot of double image while watching sports. Watching football the ball leaves essentially a trail while traveling through the air. Everytime the TV shuts off it clicks off so hard you think the TV may never turn on again. I had a Samsung for 15 years no issues until the day it died. I went into Best Buy to get an LG or Samsung but saw the image from this TV on the wall and it drew me in. looked at reviews and though ok I will give it a try. I regret it. I have tried to call TCL support for help on this TV and get stuck in an endless cycle of Auto Attendant. Maybe I just got a lemon but the fact that I can't even get to the manufacturer to figure that out has me recommending you stay away.

    Love the tv, but, do have odd issues on occasion where it turns off . Not sure where the power saver option trips this up ( fire tv, ps5 , etc

    Great TV, but I wish all TVs were compatible with downloading any apps. Some you need to have a fire stick or Roku in order to use certain apps.
