TCL QM7K App Crashing and Image is Flat

I returned the TCL QM7K 85 inch after the Youtube app glitch that made the video all crazy. Very odd and weird. I have a video. Also the picture was not very bright. The shadow detail was bad.

TCL SUCKS!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!
I bought a new 85” 85QM7K from Best Buy on 8/19/25 for $1800. Had it for about 8 weeks and the screen went out. Better buy extended warranty from Best Buy. Best Buy will only warranty TV for 15 days other wise. TCL has TERRIBLE customer service. I spent the whole day on the phone trouble shooting and emailing TCL all the required photo and videos. TCL finally stated they would replace the TV. But had to email them 1 finale photo showing that I wrote void on then sir# bar code and dated it. I did all this the same day (10/14/25). Went 3 days without hearing from TCL. So I called TCL. TCL don’t regularly check their emails. TCL had not confirmed I sent them their required photo. The customer service rep at this point checked the email and confirmed did what they required. She the told me my replacement TV would arrive in 5-7 business days. She stated I should get the TV on 10/21/25. TV did not arrive on 10/21/25. I called customer service only to be told that the wait for 5-7 business days started on 10/21/25. WOW!!! I am having to wait 2 weeks to get my replacement TV. Currently no tracking # or status of my replacement TV.
TCL is in NO HURRY to replace a warranty claim!!!!
BEST BUY WOULD NOT HELP!!!!

Came with motion and picture issues but seems like a great tv otherwise.

Decided to go with the hisense TV instead. This one was a little more with less options and a lot of issues with the remote

This product is far beyond my expectation

The picture quality is stunning—crisp details and vibrant colors that really pop, even in a bright room. The Google TV interface is super smooth and incredibly easy to navigate. I have it set up in my living room, and it’s truly turned the space into a full-on home theater experience. For the price, it’s an unbeatable deal. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade to a bigger, better screen—you won’t be disappointed!

First one was broken, and the replacement has Bluetooth connection issues, and it won't connect to Google Home. Returned it for the newest Hi-Sense equivalent
