The sound quality is poor. I bought the first one in November, came back in December, and exchanged it, but the TV had the same problem. There’s an echo in the channels.

Purchased an 85 inch on a Black Friday sale after researching like tvs such as Vizio and Samsung. The Dolby atmos speaker in the back of the tv alone makes this television above the other but the picture quality and the smart google function work well. The tv and remote are responsive and the voice functions works great with most apps that are used so searching is super easy. I plan to purchase two more for my man cave and master bedroom.

Awesome tv especially for the price. I don’t get why you would get any other brand. I was always loyal to Sony, but now I’ll be loyal to this cheaper brand. Video games look amazing on it and so does college football which is the primary use for this tv. It’s huge, if Best Buy delivers it, remember that they don’t take the packaging away. It’s literally just a delivery. That was the only bad part about delivery especially them not setting up the tv. Doing it by yourself isn’t the most fun on such a big television. Great tv though.

Apps freeze up, wifi drops off, remote feels cheap. Picture is nothing to write home about. I’d rather spend. another $100. I’m gonna spend more because im donating it to my grandkids to watch their mindless youtube crap.

Went completely out in 9 months. They wont replace only send someone out in 7 to 10 days to try and fix although 1 year warranty. Made me take a video turning it on and off and pictures of the serial number and spend over an hour. Will never buy again.

delivery sham

I would love to write a review of the product. But @bestbuy customer service and delivery was so terrible I do not have the product. Ultimately I had to cancel the order because they did not manage their delivery to their own standards.
The story:
I had a delivery scheduled at 1230-4. I stayed home from work for this window. The agreement stated delivery driver had a 15 minute window before they would leave.
At 12:53 I received 2 phone calls, 0 voicemails, but 1 text msg that said the delivery arrived. There was no prior message to state they were on their way. I was on a work call and missed these right when they happened.
At 1:01 I saw the missed call, texted the message back. I then called the number back and left a voicemail. No reponse to either. Looking out the window there was no delivery truck. They had left. It had not been 10 minutes. I called 8 more times each time I received a “number not in service msg”. I called the help hotline. They tried to tell me not to miss my delivery window and that I could reschedule for another day.
