Very pleased. Previously had a Vizio TV and Soundbar. Kept soundbar after replacing TV, but had numerous issues with connecting to new TV. Finally decided to replace with same brand soundbar and couldn’t be happier.

It completes the at home theater system without draing your bank account sounds amazing ! Paired to my new TLC 98" big screen tv

I had really high hopes for this soundbar but eventually had to return it. The sound is great and the configuration with TCL TVs works well but there is one big known flaw with these. The voice and dialogue sound frequencies also travel to the Sub and give you an annoying ressonanance. This has been fixed in the Q75 with a software update but not with the Q65. When I contacted TCL which was a tough task they advised me to return the product probably because they will not be updating this anytime soon as it didn't have WiFi connectivity.

The TCL Soundbar delivers good quality sound with clear dialogue and powerful effects. However, it's very temperamental. At least once every other day, it simply switches off, requiring you to unplug and reboot the whole system. That solution is effective and easy, but annoying when it happens in the middle of a program. My experience with Best Buy's service was also deeply disappointing. Although I'd requested and paid for a Geek Squad set-up, Best Buy used other contractors. They didn't show up for the appointment and didn't return calls or messages. Ultimately, I had to pick up and install the equipment myself. Best Buy is doing tremendous damage to its brand by relying on these kinds of contractors.

Wow. This is ten times better than my last soundbar (Samsung). The sub woofer makes the house shake. Amazing sound.

Really good product in my opinion. I do find myself having to turn volume up to hear voice clearer but then having to turn it down again once sounds effects/ base is too loud. .. and then do it again.
