I've been buying Teac audio products for 40 plus years. The only product complaint I had was with a tape deck. The factory fixed it and gave me a full new warranty. Teac gives you a top quality component with basic nuts and bolts features. I like that. My new CD player is exactly what I wanted.

I've been digitizing my vinyl collection for the past 2 years and wanted to play CD's off those recordings using my Yamaha amp and Klipsch speakers. I've got it parked on top of the amp and it seems to work well. Not fancy, but functional. Listening to old Jack Johnson CD right now. Aloha!

After one week it stopped working. It couldn't read any CDs. Tried multiple CDs. Thinking they were dirty. But nope it was player. Bottom line. I got a lemon. Maybe other ones work well. But I moved on to another player
