Great character designs and boss fights but incredibly boring and repetitive levels. It's also short and unfulfilling.

It's a fun cel shaded take on the turtles. Decent controls with a fun story line but gameplay can get repetitive but that can be said for just about every game.

Platinum did a great deal of fan service with this game and although it does suffer from flaws, it provided me with the most important thing I look for in a game: Fun. The immersion into the story, settings and characters feels like you are playing in an interactive comic and takes me back to the days of coming home from school to watch the Turtles fight the Foot Clan on TV. You will find plenty of familiar faces, mannerisms, collectibles, phrases, music, etc, all of which overshadow and minimize the relatively short length of the game, frame rate, the repetition and the low difficulty. Naturally though, the higher difficulties and collectible hunting will offer plenty of length and replay value. Speaking of replay value, it is similar to Transformers Devastation (also from Platinum) in that one can complete the game on a moderate difficulty quickly but you will come back to find all of the goodies and to explore all four turtles and maybe even play some online co-op.

Well it sucks that you can't play couch co-op. The only way to do co-op is online with a friend. My friend and I both bought it and played together privately and had fun. I guess it was nice not having to share a screen and roam free with your friend. If you like the other turtle games you'll enjoy this on. Good action.... the boss fights and great too

You can't expect much from a franchise anymore, it's not an elite game, but it's a fun game that takes you back!

I like the graphics on the game. Can be a little frustrating trying to get through levels. I play the game from time to time. Had to buy it though because it's Ninja Turtles. I'm sure I would get use to it if I keep playing it.

Fun game but would be more fun if multiple people can play on one screen. Did not realize multiplayer was online only. My nephew thoroughly enjoys playing the game though.

I've only played for maybe 30 mins so far. I'm loving the game. The look of the turtles is something new, not what I'm used to seeing. They now look more like teenagers. It's a fun game so far, easy to learn.

Completed in under 5 hours, with sloppy gameplay and no challenge whatsoever, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan looks more like a merchandising product for the movie than a real thought-out game.

My son loves everything turtles. I bought it without really looking at the rating. While its not to bad , younger gamers may have difficulty using all the different buttons to control all aspects of the game. As i didn't really check any reviews I'm a bit upset that this is not a 4 player game. Yes you can play with friends online, but to me buying a turtles game was all about having the ability to have everyone in the house play. Oh well live and learn.
