Every once in a while it is nice to have a movie that you have to figure out. Yep, it makes you think. The picture and sound of the 4k disc is outstanding. Some of the dialog can be a challenge to hear due to the use of masks but in reality with all that is going on, people couldn’t hear either. So the director is leaning towards a more realistic experience but if you have a 5.1 system of higher, you need this disc.

Christopher Nolan movies need repeated viewing, as there are many layers that you might glance over in the theater, or you are just blown away by so much in front of you. Add a very loud sound-mix, so watching it at home is perfect. Many scenes were filmed with an Imax camera, so often the perspective jumps even in the same scene. 4K picture quality is pristine. Bonus features on the separate disc are great.

This movie got a decent amount of hate when it first came out, but if you're a fan of Chris Nolan you will not be disappointed. It's a movie that you have to pay attention to not as bad as interstellar. Looks great in 4k, but wish Christ Nolan would give a little on his "art for art's sake" mentality and went for a 'lossless' audio. just give me ATMOS Nolan!

Enjoyed the movie as a slick sci-fi spy hybrid. The action felt unique and new and the movie looks nice and clean in 4K. That being said I felt that the sound mixing was pretty terrible with dialogue at times being barely comprehensible. It just feels off. Overall I really enjoyed the movie and felt it was a perfectly worthwhile purchase. Not Nolan’s best but Nolan’s middling movies are still better than most.

This movie in 4K Blu-ray was awesome. You definitely need to watch more than once to get the full story. Another Christopher Nolan classic. I got to watch this at the movie theater and the theater speakers were horrible they had the sound turned up way to loud and no LFE to speak of. So glad to experience it in my home theater. The sound and visuals were excellent. Highly recommend this movie.

Tenet seemed similar to me to the movie Inception. It's a high tech complicated story thread to follow since past & present are intertwined. It's sometimes a little difficult to follow. I've watched it twice and may watch it a 3rd or 4th time to grasp more of the thread. I would not recommend it to someone who does not like science fiction and/or high tech movies.

I'm not reviewing the film, but the overall packaging, value and service experience. All are excellent. To get 3 formats in one purchase is valuable to me. I usually will only buy digital, but for this movie I wanted to have the physical disc to enjoy and share with family when I start traveling again. The store was clean, and I had no problem finding help. The cashier was really nice.

The movie itself is great, but needs to be watched again in order for some of it to make sense. There is an issue at times where it's difficult to understand what the characters are saying, but I think it was meant to be this way. I just used the subtitles in those cases. The picture quality is great in 4k, but a decent home theater setup is needed for a truly immersive experience.

Christopher Nolan’s epic now in 4K! The transfer is great here, amazing visuals and sound quality. As for the film, the first time I watched this I was very confused and most people probably were lol. But after I gave this film as second and third watch I finally was able to wrap my head around what was going on in Mr Nolan’s head. Definitely worth the pickup. Keep physical media alive!!

I've never been this confused watching a movie since my mom started having a knife fight with some blonde woman in the living room leading to the kitchen. And then my mom was all like, "want some cereal and coffee?" only to have a knife tossed at her chest. Like omg dude, she was offering you food, how rude could you be?

Christopher Nolan's Tenet is about a spy called The Protagonist. He's on a secret assignment in which he has to go after a villain who has access to time manipulation .The film is VERY handsomely filmed, with magnificent scope and sweep. We get a world tour of good-looking places, all beautifully photographed. We also get some seriously brilliant set-pieces.

If you didn't already know ... Christopher Nolan is a genius. No one does "big", ambitious movies like he does. "Inception", "Interstellar", and now "Tenet". This one actually brings to mind one of his earliest ... "The Prestige". The slight of hand here is amazing. You may question what you're seeing. I really need to re-watch it. Oh, and the audio is very aggressive. Turn it up.

Excellent movie! Christopher Nolan has yet again made another great and weird movie. I had heard complaints that people couldn't hear the dialogue in the theater due to the heavy soundtrack and all the sound and noise that was going on. I actually purchased this movie so I could watch it with the subtitles on to hopefully understand the complex plot even more.

I watched this movie for the first time on a plane for an in-flight movie... and it blew my mind! I had to buy it in 4K the second we got home. Worth the price for sure! You can tell Christopher Nolan takes his time to get every detail perfect and the effort is very much appreciated. This movie is an intelligent and thought-provoking thrill ride. Amazing!

Do you like normal Christopher Nolan movies? Enjoy watching something multiple times to fully understand the intent/message behind a movie? If so, this is a fantastic movie! Tips, do not watch this movie on your phone, laptop, or small TV. It's plain disrespectful to the medium because this movie is intended to be seen on a large screen with great sound.

Spoiler free: Christopher Nolan is one of the most original and creative directors today. You have to pay attention while watching because the plot structure is dense. But the rewards for paying attention are fantastic! Add to this spectacular action and solid performances, and you have what is easily one of Nolan’s top 5 films.

Excellent picture quality and sound on this boy-ray, and TENET is one o f my favorite movies of all time. Truly a masterpiece, and this is a stunning way to experience it. I’ve watched this blu ray many times and it’s one of my favorite visual showcase films, subtle but stunning. Highly recommended.

Remember when people used to joke about how complicated Inception was? This is a web of seemingly random moments that, yes likely weave into a solid tapestry. I can’t really speak for others but I guess this film requires multiple watches to even try to tie it all together. The story may be lame, but it is just too cool to play something in reverse.

This was a great mindbender of a film that, as usual from Christopher Nolan, made you think on concepts that aren’t normally touched by films or television series. Would definitely recommend this and advise watching more than once to understand the plot, characters and concepts.

TENET may seem a bit slow at times, but the thought that went into the concept is quite profound. It honestly took a couple times watching it for me to realize the full plot and storyline to get my "Ooh..." moment. But definitely worth owning, because it does take a couple times of watching it to get the full effect of the movie.
