Customers are positive about the Indoor Amplified HDTV Antenna's ease of use and picture quality, with many praising its simple setup and excellent picture on HD channels. However, customers are negative regarding reception and signal strength, frequently reporting weak signals and interference, even with adjustments to placement. Some also expressed concerns about the antenna's range and ability to receive a wide variety of channels. Overall, the ease of setup is a strong selling point, but reception issues appear to be a significant drawback for many users.

Doesn't work in Florida

Bought this for a hurricane prep (in case satellite went out) and tried mounting in different ways. My conclusion is that due to Florida building codes, which require Cinder Block exterior walls, all signal is effectively blocked for this device.
If the manufacturer could do a software update to amplify the signal more it may work. Right now I can get one station when mounting in the center of the house which has wallboard walls and no stations when near a main exterior house wall.
We had a house antenna mounted on the roof earlier so I know there is signal in my geographic area. Other friends I see have cheaper unamplified antennas that seem to work, but they don't live in my exact neighborhood so the comaprarison isn't completely apt.

Our roof antenna was OK getting TV signals until the switch to digital, then hardly any channels came in. Avoiding the cost of cable, I tried other indoor antennas without much success, UNTIL this TERK's Indoor Amplified HDTV Antenna. Amazing picture! Keep it near a window. Glad I found it at such a good price at Best Buy!

I bought this to replace an older, not as sophisticated indoor antenna. This antenna delivers significantly improved picture quality. However, reception is still very positional. Minor movement of the antenna can significantly disrupt TV reception. Overall, and considering the sale price, I am satisfied and recommend this product.

Works almost as good as the flat antenna that I once had but really works well with the decor in my home. It looks like a piece of modern art. It is powerful enough to capture the basic channel and broadcast them clearly. I had the flat version that got chewed up but seemed to work a bit better than this one.

I though if I am spending 70 bucks then I would get top notch coverage with this antena but it is not the case. I only can watch one local with good clraity but it also sometimes stuck

This would be good for anyone who wants to receive HD television over the air. I believe it is a little overpriced but it is a quality antenna.

This was a very good option if you do not have a window to put another type of antenna.

This antennae did not work well near hills in San Fernando Valley, but works great in Hollywood area. Easy plug in, synced with smart tv and got 165 channels within minutes. Picture in HD came through same quality as cable or satellite.

This is one of several indoor antennas we bought to try out when we dropped cable. It does ok and looks pretty cool with the light that is built on. It dies nit obol in all the channels, but it does get most of them

works right out of the box. Did not have to do anything more than uncoil the wires and cables and connect in the AC power and hook it up to the TV. Only "problem": it is sensitive to someone walking between or through the area of the TERK or TV causes temporary break-u[ of the signal. But no great problem. This TERK indoor antenna allows me to NOT have to get up on the roof to re-adjust the outdoor antenna whenever there is a strong gust of wind that "turns" the antenna.
