An 80s slasher throwback. Must own for horror fans.

Terrifier 2 Art the Clown cements himself as an up and coming slasher icon. Following in great sequel tradition Terrifier 2 is bigger and more outrageius than the first film. It is over the top gory. It goes for it on the gore with such glee that even though it's not as disturbing as it should be it's admirable that director Damien Leone and company put a lot into the practical gore effects. What's is better this time is that there is a story. However thin at least this time there are characters to root for. The otherain character is Sienna played by Lauren LaVera. She is the final girl. She and her younger brother are left to deal with the killer clown and we end up rooting for them. Again, not great performances but good enough to involve the audience in what's going on. Like the first film, Terrifier 2 is a very gory 80's style super slasher film.

I really enjoyed this one more than the first one.

If you like bloody films, this is for you. Not for everyone.

This might be my favortie movie of the year. Growing up in the 80's and 90's, whenever I would visit the local video rental store, this is the type of film I would hunt and sniff out. It wont be everyone's cup of tea, but if you like old-school grindhouse type slashers, exetreme violence, amazing practical effects and copious amounts of gore, dont hesitate. Art is no joke (his mannerisms are hilarious though). Fair weather horror fans and some mainstream viewers might find this to be a bit much, but I think after another film and a few years down the line, his name will be mentioned in conversations along with the greats (Jason, Freddy, Michael, etc.). Highly recommended for anyone who who considers themselves a gorehound and likes exetreme horror.

Cheesy slasher flick, better than the first one! Don’t expect much and you’ll like it

This is a great movie full of laughs and gore! Definitely recommend this movie if you are a horror fan. I must say I was not happy with this preorder through Best Buy. My bank account was pinged about 3-4x a week to make sure I had funds about for a month which was supper annoying, also my movie was delayed and my slipcover was damaged. I also had to ask to get reimbursed for the shipping since now I have to return it to Best Buy to revive a replacement. Two thumbs down for Best Buy. I also don’t understand if I ordered it online why can’t I just get a replacement sent to me there is no option on Best Buy’s site?
