Having 3 lines to review is pretty awesome. I thought that downgrading from a TI86 and TI89 would be dramatic, but this 30Xs definitely had functions I used often to help reduce the cost of getting a new calculator by a fraction! Plus this is state test approved!

My son uses this calculator in his math class. It is the perfect size and an added screen protector. He doesn't have to worry about it getting broken in his backpack with the sleeve cover. It is easy to use and has all of the function keys that he needs.

I really like this calculator. I didn't want to spend a lot of a calculator as I know I will only use it for a few classes. This one is reasonably priced and works well. It is also light weight and comes with a nice cover

Needed a statistic calculator, found this at a great price, excellent features (all that I could ask for and more) and it doesn't hurt that its a nice color. Only had for a week, but I don't assume I will have problems from it anytime soon.

Great calculator. It can do all the necessary calcukations needed for up to PreCalc. This is a great value for the functions included without having to buy a graohinc calculator .

My high school junior needed this for math class. Works great! Does complex mathematical problem like a graphing calculator without the graphing capabilities. She absolutely loved the color.

I needed a simple calculator for a College Calculus Class and this calculator does everything I needed for an inexpensive price. Simple to use and great I keep it around for everyday use now that I'm graduated from college.

purchased for my granddaughters , they think it is will be good for their use in school, in their various class room settings.They did not get back to me about what their teachers said about how good this calculator will be for them to use, and just how up to date it is now in comparison to the new ways they have for teaching now. However,, we are sure that ,they will be to some advantage unto them.

When I was in high school I bought the older version of this calculator just because I wanted a cute calculator (the older version came in pink) Well, now I’m 23 and set to graduate with my degree in meteorology this year, and I’m rebuying this calculator only due to the fact that my original one fell victim to a bad apartment flood I had last year. When I received my funds from renters insurance, I went straight to Walmart in a mission to replace my beloved calculator. I went to 2 different Walmart’s and both didn’t have the 30XS, so I settled for the TI-30X IIS. I was so disappointed to find that model didn’t have the features that I loved the 30XS for. I did my research and discovered that the new version of this calculator is now blue, but the features are the same. NOTABLE FEATURES: -Answers are outputted as fractions automatically and it’s only two clicks to convert to decimal form if needed, although I find using fractions when I can helps during multi step weather calculations. -Similarly, answers will automatically set up with square roots and/or fraction form when calculating with trigonometry.

This calculator works well for 10th grade high school honors geometry. It's a great value.

This TI calculator perfectly fit the restrictions for test taking at the college level while providing all of the necessary functions and features. The price was appropriate as well.
