Awesome looking helmet! Detail is spot on. Only reason I knocked a star off is because other helmets of similar value offer more features. The targeting thing lighting up is cool, but a clone trooper helmet has a voice modulator. Overall, great collectible!

Item was in great condition. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars its because they placed the shipping/order sticker right on the manufacturer's box. My order was for store pickup. Bestbuy please stop gluing stickers directly on items that are collectibles (i.e. Star Wars)

Perfect! It looks amazing, the paint job is great, comfortable to wear and visibility isn’t too bad. Build quality is really good for the price. Overall wonderful helmet.

Overall, the helmet is awesome. However, Best Buy decided to ship it by just slapping the label on the side of the box. It’s fairly obvious the box broke open during its journey and was taped shut. Absolutely disappointed with Best Buy shipping and am hesitant on buying anything else that needs to be shipped. I recommend the helmet, but not from Best Buy shipping.

Item was shipped in retail packaging only. Not double boxed to protect. Arrived damaged exterior and interior. Contacted customer service . Had 2 options. Replacment would be sent to us 45 days later after damaged item was received and inspected or offer us $6 credit and we keep damaged one. All this in the span of 55 minutes beingbon the phone. Oh and they couldnt do a call tag to pick as it fell in catergory of anything under $100 we would have to bring to UPS or drive 1 hr to our Best Buy. We were so shocked of the poor treatment. Mind you the CS rep was polite and was just doing her job as she had to answer to the supervisor. Will be contacting the corporate office to all 8 emails we have of excecutive team. They must know about this and hownthey are losing customers from being treated so poorly. Regardless if you spend $10 or $10k cusotmer service should be considered top prioufor retun business. The comoany has gone downhill . If your a collector like myslef think twice if you do not want this unnecessary headache

Great helmet. Got is for my kid for Christmas and they loved it. The box was a little smashed, but the helmet was in perfect condition.

The detail is amazing inside and out. Only takes one AAA battery for it to light up and the location is hidden well. If you’re a clone wars or Mandalorian fan you will love this.
