I saw this movie in the theater and will be picking it up today. It's a really great film. I watched a special (I believe it was a Barbara Walters special) about the real life people in the film and it seems that the actors hit their marks spot-on. This movie is uplifting and has a solid message to it. The fact that this story is based on real life events just makes it even that much better and worthwhile to watch. I don't think you can go wrong with adding this movie to your collection.

WOW! this is such a great movie. i had heard so many good things about it and am glad to finally have watched it. i was gonna rent it at blockbuster but they were out on blu ray so i bought it instead and what a great decision that was. Love that it has the blu ray, dvd, and digital copy on this. thats incredible! what a good deal. anyone looking for an inspirational and well just good movie. pick this up for sure!

This movie is a true example of how we americans need to be! If more of us would take our focus off of "self", and help those around us who TRULY need help, we'd be far better off as a nation, a people, and a society. Sandra did a great job (as did all of the cast). I was challenged by this movie to open my eyes and see the needs of those around me, and put less emphasis on myself and more on others.

First off THANK YOU WB for making the digital copy playable in a DVD player... I previously never understood why movie studios didn't allow this as the digital copy seemed to be an encrypted DVD anyhow. This movie is very touching. Honestly being a football fan isn't at all important to enjoy this story. Greatly recommened.

please ignore the Matrixixix person who obviously must see blood and guts for a movie to be meaningful. This movie pulls you in emotionally. This story is exciting, touching, and shows us that no matter where we come from we can reach out in love to anyone. If this movie won't lite your fire, your wood's wet.

I think that "The Blind Side" was one of the greatest biographical films of all-time and it was also one of my favorite films of all-time. I also think that "The Blind Side" was a very inspiring film with a lot of entertaining and enjoyable drama including a really great and amazing cast and personal storylines as well.
