It was a pirated copy and loses sound

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was a pirated copy so loses sound throughout the movie, unable to finish the movie. It’s protected by something called Cinavia, so this warning error message starts about half way through the movie. Bummer because it looks like legit packaging. Will return it.

DVD not working

There must be some type of defect on it. At least I used my rewards points on it instead of my money since I misplaced the receipt and must keep it now.
