So I saw the first movie and was pleasantly surprise now I was expecting something not great but better than the first and I was disappointed I mean it was good don't get me wrong but this movie felt bland it was boring at times if you saw the movie you know what am talking about if anyone disagrees than you must like being bored to sleep the special effects where awesome that was basically all that I really enjoyed about this movie the action sequences where not coordinated that good the story felt off to me anyways hopefully they fix this in the next movie

This movie tried too hard in my opinion. I never read the book and I am judging this purely as a film. It has action scenes, sure, it has romance, of course, but does it matter? I had a hard time taking this movie in. At best it was a copy of the first film, which was ok to start with, and at it's worst it is a movie that doesn't really know how to be entertaining. This movie did not impress me at all and I won't be watching any of the other movies.

but the first one wasn't that great either. Started getting a little bored 20 minutes into it, but since I saw the first, I had to finish it off. You really get tired of the lead character, Tris, cuz all she does is cry. Was hoping she'd get killed off, but knew that wasn't going to happen. Movie is pretty predictable, including the "twist". Probably won't see Allegiant: Part 1 (2016) nor Allegiant Part 2 (2017). Pretty much done with it.

Action movie geared to the 13-17 y/o market, not much for adults to hand their hats on. Would make a good XMAS/B'DAY present for the kids. Just wasn't my bag, adults beware....go see the superb Mr. Holmes instead.

Insurgent...part II of the Divergent series is not as good as the Divergent movie. It seems as though it was made as a "must do" as the Divergent movie became popular. The plot lacks and the acting is shallow.

I just acquired a 3D television so I bought some 3D glasses and this DVD in order to test out the 3D feature of the TV. Good movie but the 3D was non-existent and should never have been released as 3D.

Product was fine and was as advertised. The movie was not very good and many parts were not believable. Probably should have rented instead.

I was disappointed in this movie. It moved slowly and I was totally unimpressed with the acting. It felt like they phoned it in.

I bought the first movie and bought this one to keep up the set. This no where on the par of Then Hunger Game series.

The movie was just ok. I don't think I will ever watch it again nor will I see the next movie. Disappointment.

Like it's predecessor, nothing special but enjoyable. Fun to watch in 3d

I would only recommend this film if already have the fist one. Other wise rent it and then forget it.

Terrible movie. Wasn't based on the books at all. Extremely disappointed.

All I can say is that my wife enjoys this series, and that's about it.

If you read the books, be disappointed. The movies don't do justice.

Good show. And good price for newer box set for the money.
