Action movies are excellent in 4k. The quality if scenes and the enjoyment of the movies are increased. The action is good is movie… the plot is enjoyable if you like action movies

I bought this movie for my son because he enjoys watching movies with some of the actors in The Expendables. I wasn't sure what to expect from the title but I found this movie highly entertaining. It includes a cast of some of my favorite all time actors. The cast works extremely well together and the story line is interesting and engaging. I highly recommend this movie!

All these old martial arts dudes at the same time in one movie makes a excellent recipe for a fun flick. Its even fun watching as a repeat. The UHD picture quality is fantastic. If you want a movie with good action scenes and a feel for adventure then you might want to scope this one out.

OK movie, enjoyed the others in the series more. But fun concept.

For someone who loves 80s and 90s action films, this is the gold standard of action in the modern era. Stallone is the ultimate action star, writer, director etc. Who else could have brought all of these legendary actors together in a action packed shoot 'em up movie. Pure awesomeness!!!!

Another good one from good o Sly...great cast and great action

Was happy to find this movie for my son as it is an older movie. Found it in store during the Christmas holiday. Great price too. Movie was as expected, he had already seen it just wanted to have it available to view at his convenience. Great guy flick, now just need to get the rest of them.

I had to upgrade my DVD copy to 4K. My dvd copy is outdated over ten years. I'm glad is got at a Black Friday price. Amazing cast in this movie.

Cheesy movie that meant to be an over explosion pack movie

Gives you that good old ultraviolent '80s-movie feel

My Internet speed does not allow me to take full advantage of my new 4K television; however, the Blu-ray addition does. This was the first movie I watched with the new home theater system, and it was a good choice. Great action. Wonderful experience!

I'm so glad I watched this movie, I ended up ordering all the films in this series. It's so much fun seeing all the big action stars of the 80's all together in one film, and Sly takes the lead as the baddest of the bad. The picture quality and sound were very good.

Every action fans fantasy come true, all our favorite actors come together in an epic action packed film. Not the greatest story, but it's not the worst story ever told. The laughs and explosions make this an entertaining film that can be watched countless times!

It is a cheesy action movie full of one liners. But fun to watch! Don't expect great drama, or phenomenal acting, go in with an open mind and just enjoy. The Expendables is made in the same vein as all the action movies from the '80s were; full of explosions and machismo. It's just fun.

Got the bluray, dvd, and digital copy, plus got 8 dollars movie credit to see the new expendables movie in theatres. Great deal all the way around. The movie itself I would not recommend for kids because of the language and violence. The film though is pretty cool.

This movie is a through back to the action movies of the early 80’s, much more serious then the other two movies, which are more like late 80’s. It also has a better cast, due to Jet Li.

I wan't too big of a fan of the theatrical, but seeing the unrated has made me a fan. Plot goes more into Stallone's character, which is a plus because theatrical was somewhat limiting, and there's pretty much more of everything. Dolph gets more screentime as well. Definitely recommended.

When I hear they were putting together some of the bigger action stars of the '80's, I was pretty stoked. However, the movie is a little heavier than expected. It's still fun to watch, but fortunately the fixed this with the second one which was a much more fun movie.

This is a great action movie and the Extended Director's Cut just makes it all the better! If you like action movies don't miss out on this version, even if you've already seen the original as the added scenes make it an even better film!

As a big fan of watching these guys growing up and now into their later years it was really great seeing them all together. Tons of action, good humor, and all the cliches were reminders of why these guys are truly action stars!
