for $5 its a fun movie with action and some comedy. I would not consider it a waste of my money, but actually a decent purchase. it was fun seeing all the different action guys work together and have some fun

Stallone invents new movie franchise using legends of the past and some current . Great casts , veteran actors and action plots all sewn together by the Stallone movie genius. Another great action franchise .

I played this DVD a couple of times during my first month that I purchased the movie. I had seen the picture at the show and wanted a copy. The quality of the picture was good and the DVD did not have any defects.

Just what you would want from a Stallone and the entire ensemble of all great 80s action movies. If only Chuck Norris and Jean Claude VanDamme were included... oh great... now I just ruined the surprise of Expendables 2! LOL Highly recommended for action movie buffs.

Ok, this movie has just about every major action star in it! its a simple story, but in a modern times. Stallone directs which makes it really cool. Awesome fight scenes, and some good laughs. Schwarzenegger's cameo is hilarious!

I have enjoyed the Expendables series though I had some issues with the 3rd one and 2 was an 80s action fan's dream come true. The director's cut of the first movie improves on what was already a great film. More blood, more action, more testosterone.

The Expendables is more than just your average action movie; it is the action movie of the year uniting the grittiness and soul of the old genre with the special effects and coolness of the new genre.

You get what you expect, a bunch of action stars blowing stuff up and having a good time. Looks and sounds good, good buy at $10 for sure.

You got to love Stallone's movie like Rambo and the Rock. This is one of the kinds action movie you are going to love it.

what more can you ask for , this movie is loaded with a bunch of great actors known for their fighting ability in their other movies, so throwing them all together was a great idea and a good start for the next 2 that follow

I bought all 3 in 4k. Awesome movies. They take you back with action packed scenes just like the old days. All these great actors in one movie.

Overall a great movie. Have been wanting to watch for some time but never had the chance. Added it to my collection because it was on sale and I was not disappointed. Huge cast of action stars. Plot was good but predictable.

The Expendables is a fun way to spend a couple of hours. There's plenty of action, guns, and explosions all around, and it looks great in 4K. Give it a shot if you want to watch something that's not too serious.

While the plot isn't deep, it is definite for anyone who likes action films and can appreciate the wide range of action stars over the years. Especially note worthy is the interaction between Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger !

The best movie by Sylvester in a while. I really like the back and forth banter between the actors. The combination of humor and good action is hard to find anywhere else. I love Arnold too!

the first one is always the best one...to see all of the old action stars together in one movie, how they interact, how they each portray their own characters as part of a team, was very well blended together

I am too young to have seen a lot of the movies these guys have put out but I think it was an amazing idea to bring back all the action stars from the past few decades and make an awesome movie! Love it :D

The price was a real bargain for such a wonderful movie. I love high action movies that keep me on the edge of my seat. Great movie for all adults to see. Sylvester Stallone always makes his movies great.

This movie take me back to the awesome 80s and early 90s when action was crazy in special effects were not that great. I do recommend it because it is really cool and cheesy at the same time.
