Beautiful 4K remaster. I couldn't be happier with the results. While not as good as the original LoTR trilogy, the Hobbit trilogy is still a fun ride. Plus the new Dolby Atmos tracks are incredible.

Warner's obviously wouldn't muck up this transfer to 4K and they delivered a disc release that not only looks great, but to have the original Dolby Atmos mixes is icing on the cake.

The 4K version really does improve on the 1080p versions that have came before. If you have a 4K tv and player, and you love the Hobbit, get this as it will improve your viewing pleasure!

Three great films that LOOK AMAZING in 4K. I kept having to pause to look at the level of detail and the vibrant nature of the colors.

We already have these movies but 4K came out and so we of course had to get them again. I love these movies and the 4K does not disappoint. Great color and detail. Would recommend.

I totally recommend buying this if you are a lord of the rings fan, this is a must. 4k is outstanding in it's quality and sound and this was a outstanding transfer.

the best of the best. I've owned this on dvd, blu-ray and now 4k HDR. And this presentation is the best this movie will ever look if I could give it more stars I would.

Looks awesome in 4K! Can't go wrong with either trilogy but started with this one just because I know the filming method was more in line to get a better 4k experience.

My favorite movie just got better! LOVE the extended version. Clarity is so much better it made it easier for those not familiar with the novels to follow the story.

These movies are some of my favorite and these 4k discs definitely do the series the justice they deserve. Crisper picture with HDR and the audio tracks really pop.

An already excellent movie now in 4K and HDR so the visuals are crisper and clearer than before and the color is more vibrant. Excellent addition to any collection!

Lotr whether its the first set or the last one is nother sort of spectacular in 4k.

So glad to have all of them in 4K. I was missing the first movie. Am looking forward to the 4K quality.

Return to middle earth with this amazing Hobbit set in 4k. A must watch for TLOR fans.

This set is great for any fan. Rewatched these with the family. The 4k treatment didn’t disappoint. Great picture and sound! Enjoyed the extended editions.

This and the lord of the rings best trilogy sets ever made and having the 4K extended editions with Dolby atoms and Dolby vision are amazing. Nuff said!

Peter Jackson was involved in the upgrade to these movies. The trilogy in both regular movies and extended editions. Picture and soundtrack sre incredible.

its a pretty good movie. hadn't watched since the original release in theatres. this fits in well with the series. great 4k picture and sound.
