If you've played Team Ico's games and liked them then this is exactly what you have been looking for. If you don't that style of game then this isn't really going to change your mind. This game was in development since the PS3 era and unfortunately that sometimes shows through. The controls and camera can also be quite frustrating but the emotion and world you are in are beautiful.

This game exceeded all of my expectations. I wish it had come out sooner because it is so awesome! It was full of emotion and a great part of the ICO and Shadow of the Colossus trilogy.

The Last Guardian is finally here after many years of development and it's quite a good game. It's as beautiful and amazingly creative as you expect from a Team Ico game, but the clunky controls and camera are also what you'd expect from them. The issues aren't bad enough to outweigh the good, so it's well worth it if you loved Ico or Shadow of the Colossus on the PS2 or PS3.

Bought the game on a pre-Black Friday sale. The price was hard to beat and after the good reviews I'm looking forward to playing the game.

This game is great for people who remember playing ICO and Shadow of the Colossus. The gameplay is similar to a puzzle platformer and you really grow attached to the characters.

I wanted so badly to like this game. I ended up playing it to the end, but i have not been so frustrated with a game for the wrong reasons im years. It has all the technical problems that gamers grew accustomed to in the ps2 era of gaming. Camera glitches are the worst part by far. They were often, and significantly impacts the ability to complete parts of the game without guessing. Frame rate lag also becomes quite bad at times. The story and the things which make the game unique, are incredible, but the experience is so badly marred by tech issues that it ruins it. Hard to fathom this given the 10 yrs it took for the game to be developed.

I'm a big fan of Ico and Shadow of the Colossus. It has that mystical feel to it. The world is amazing. The story has triumphs and heartbreaks. It's a boy and his giant dog story. I got stuck at one point and blew an hour trying to get it to work. It was a glitch with the game. I just had to quit and restart it again. I didn't lose much of my progress.

I was not sure what to expect from The Last Guardian. I purchased my Ps4 so I could play exclusives, and this game was never really at the top of my list. I bought it on sale and figured that I couldn't go wrong - I am so glad I made the plunge. This game was wonderful and will stick with me for a long time. The music and the subtle atmosphere is mesmerizing and the story certainly pulls at your heartstrings.

This game is so fun and it is a must buy for any PS4 fan! If you love Shadow of the Colossus, you will love this game!

I'm still reeling this finally came out. It's not a perfect game, but it manages to feel like a true successor to ICO.

Long in the making, I found this game fun, and challenging in a thoughtful way. The graphics range from really good to not very good / obvious ps3 ported assets. and the frame rate is not great some of the time. Shortcomings aside it has an excellent story and I recommend it, to people with a little patience.

took forever to arrive but a great calming adventure with occasional frustrating aspects. wonderful graphics and scenery. get it and ride the dragon rat bird.

Great game, awful framerate at points though. Definitely lives up to the potential of the other games in the series.

We got a great deal on this game. It looks great. We played for a couple of days and so far it seems worth playing.

This game had a long development but in the end it turned out great. It's a little dated on mechanics but it's meant to be a new age Shadow of Colossus or ICO. If you aren't familiar with these games then it might seem slow and boring. It's more about the story and the world than action. It's emotional and that's what makes it great. Be patient and enjoy it for what it's meant to be, a journey.

This game took a LONG time to come out. Was a PS2 title, then was supposed to come to PS3, finally came out on PS4. It's a good game, but you can definitely feel that it's a game of the past. Controls are slightly odd, and the creature that helps you isn't always the smartest. Good game, but not amazing or perfect by any means.

PRO: The animation and design are beautiful. An absolutely gorgeous game with some interesting puzzles. CONS: The controls are absolutely awful! I'm not sure who decided to throw decades of standard controls out the window and completely upend the scheme, but he (or she) should be out of a job.

Would recommend this to any PS4 user. Good story and game mechanics. Camera can be tough to deal with at times.

This game is interesting. It looks great and the story is okay, but the controls are infuriating. Also there are points in the game where you have no idea what to do. This game doesn't do any hand-holding. Otherwise the experience is positive overall.

The Last Guardian is not perfect, but that doesn't matter. There are camera flaws and frustrating moments. But they don't take away the feeling of pure wonder when you see Tirico come to life. You'll feel connected to this dog-like creature from the start. If you're looking for something different, pick this one up.
