The Last Starfighter on blu ray is a must buy for not only old school sci fi fans but for the fan of the 80s. Great video and sound

This was the first space movie where they used computer generated spaceships. When I watched the original I thought it was great. The Remaster looks fantastic. also the bonus behind the scene feature is great.

We owned the original DVD, but it didn't scale well to 4K. I ran across this Blu-ray version where reviews said it was done from a very high quality source. It looks and sounds great!

Oldie but goodie. Great for kids, a movie grew up with and still resonates with today's kids. I have a 4 and 6 year old. A lot of the effects are dated, but kids don't care, a solid story.

This movie is a classic from my childhood, and it doesn't hurt that I upgraded to 4K for the price of the DVD because it did not ring up, so the clerk charged me DVD price. lol

Had the 1080p Arrow release and the 4k and HDR adds a justifiable upgrade. Only knock would be it doesn't include the poster like the 1080p release.

This is one of my most favorite movies from when I was young and I’m so glad to be able to have it on 4k a must have if u love this movie

This is one of my favorite childhood movies. I was surprised that watching it again for the first in probably 25 years how good the story is. And the cast does a great job, it doesn't feel cheesy at all like a lot of 80's movies, lol. I just wish it came with a slip cover though.

Just found this on line and it was for sale. It wasn't easy looking for this since it came out in 1984 and I usually don't see it in any stores nor on line. I was just browsing and found it and thought I should buy it now. I was glad I did.

This is one of those movies that the video game era of the 8's just loved. Defend against Zir and the Kodan Armada. I actually have this game for old my Atari 800XL. Great movie about adventure and taking the leap of faith.

This is just an awesome movie. I love the characters and the storyline.

I absolutely loved this movie movie when it first came out. I was 10 years old. I love it just as much 35 years later on Blu Ray. The transfer to Blu Ray isn't the greatest, but this 80s gem does look better than ever!!!

I watched this movie growing up and never realized how much work was put into it until now. If you love the 80’s space adventures then this movie is for you. Cast and crew are enjoyable and a wonderful family movie.

Having watched this film in the theater, I wanted to have this film in my collection. The special effects were groundbreaking at the time, computer animation was quite new and hadn't been done on this scale before.
