This is a game that will Always keep you coming back for more and will be talked in years. Played all Zelda games, and this one is very refreshing and breath taking throughout the whole journey. I highly recommend this package for Zelda fans and the it has best case for the switch. Soundtrack is addicting , map is useful as a small guide and the collectors coin is just a bonus.

So first off, this game is fantastic! As a long time zelda player I absolutely love the new concepts and art styles of this game! On top of that, the collection of stuff you get in this set is pretty cool! I love the coin and the music cd, still trying to find a way to display the map. But I love it all!

This may very well be the greatest Legend of Zelda game ever. In the pantheon of great games that have been created over the years this firmly cements itself as one of the best. The overwhelming amount of content and open-world playability are second to none. This game will not hold your hand, so some aspects can seem daunting at times, but the sense of adventure and discovery it offers will keep you searching for more. Everything including the combat, art style, voice acting, and puzzles all coalesce into one of the greatest experiences in modern gaming. There are a few hiccups here and there in terms of performance, but it does nothing to offset the epicness that Nintendo has crafted. Consider this review one big smile and two big thumbs up. I am a huge Zelda fan and I am putting my foot down and saying best in the series. I haven't completed a great amount of the man story so far, but it seems great. I have a feeling Zelda is going to be the real hero in this story though. I am just blown away by the sheer size of this game. There are secrets and Easter eggs in so many little nooks and crannies of this game. It's the little things they put in it though that I love. Like the throw back to Ocarina of Time where you collect cuckoos in Kakariko village. Yes, that quest is back. And seeing spaces from other games is very interesting as well. I feel as though I could explore for 1000 hours and only find 1% of all the goodies in this game. If you are hesitating getting this game, stop. Buy it. Let it take over your life. Cause that is what it does. So much to do. And the special edition is pretty cool. Loved the layered packaging it all came in. They really though out the box design. Lots of extra goodies for the collector. The coin is cool. The map is neat, but haven't really used it for the game or anything. Wish there was a digital code for the music, because my car is the only CD player I own, so I haven't even listened to that.

    Best Game Ever

This game is, in my humble opinion, the best game I have ever played, and I haven't played a small amount of games. In this review I'll cover two parts: The game itself, and the special edition items. THE GAME This game is phenomenal. By far the best Zelda game ever made. Some may still claim Ocarina of Time is better, but most will say it is mainly for nostalgic reasons. The story in this game is excellent. Very engaging, very different from the cookie cutter Zelda game plot, while not departing too much from what the fans know and love. I love the voice acting in this game. It's voice acting during select cutscenes, and the acting was well done, and really added to the overall story instead of distracting or detracting. The cutscenes themselves helped you feel a lot of emotions regarding what was occurring, and I felt they gave me motivation to complete more and more of the story. Additionally, it's a HUGE game. And I mean utterly MASSIVE. I played in all my free time, and finally "beat the game" after nearly a month of playing. I'm not even remotely close to getting 100% on the game, however. For those who feel the need to 100% games, I wouldn't recommend trying with this game as it is nearly impossible without a guide. There are 900 koroks ALONE. After nearly a month playing I have about 150. It's also a massive map. Bigger than Skyrim, I am still finding entirely new places I haven't gone. I just barely found a town I didn't know existed, and I've beaten the final boss. To finalize the game section, the gameplay is really fun, engaging, and I'm still loving every minute of it. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who is remotely interested in Zelda. Even non-Zelda fans love this game when they play it. I have a friend whose wife didn't like Zelda games and as a rule doesn't like single player games. He got her to play a few hours of this game and now she is more hooked than he is. It's that good. THE SPECIAL EDITION ITEMS I got the Special Edition because I'm absolutely obsessed with anything Zelda-related. We purchased the Switch primarily for this game (although we love it apart from this game) so I was extremely excited for the Switch case. It has surpassed my expectations, the case is excellent! Super high quality, it has a velcro strap to strap in your switch on one side of the inside of the case, then a mesh pocket on the other side for any accessories, such as the wrist straps for the Joy-Con. Then in the middle there is a "page" with elastic slots for Switch cartridges. It's been amazing to take our Switch places in this case, and I have no concerns whatsoever about it being safe. This case is my favorite part of these accessories. It also comes with several other items. It comes with a Soundtrack CD, which I listen to regularly. (I wish there were more tracks than there are, as it missed a lot of my favorite music in the game) There is also a map of the world in the game, which is surprisingly nice quality. It features a lot of the artwork on the back of the map that is present throughout the game. There is also a collectible "Sheikah Coin" which comes in a plastic case. Sadly it does not come with the Master Sword statue that is present in the "Master Edition" of the game. I would have purchased that had they not sold out instantly. Overall, I highly recommend this if you have a Nintendo Switch. I would definitely NOT recommend it if you have a Wii U with Zelda, obviously as it will not work for the Wii U. :) An incredible game for an incredible platform with incredible accessories.

First I'll talk about the contets of the special edition. The map of Hyrule is pretty cool, with portions of it faded out makes it seem genuinely ancient; and it feels really good in hand aswell. The back side of the map has a large image that tells a story from a part of the game, and if you trace the edges of the image, you can see another story told aswell, which is pretty cool. The little coin depicting the Sheikah symbol on one side and a Z with the Master Sword going through it on the other side, is pretty neat, and is fun to rub your fingers on. Also included, is the CD which has 23 tracks taken straight from the game, and 1 live performance of the main theme, which all sounds great. The Switch carrying case is modeled after Link's Sheikah Slate found in the game; feels durable, feels nice and can carry 12 extra Switch games and extra accessories. Now onto the game, it is simply amazing, the biggest Zelda game to date with a MASSIVE world to explore there's always something to catch your attention whether it be a nearby hidden Korok to be found, a side quest to complete, mini games to have fun with, or simply taking in a view of the beautiful world you inhabit. It changes the conventions of Zelda while still maintaining the vibe of a Zelda game, allowing fans and newcomers alike to find an enjoyable game. The visuals are gorgeous and the music is relaxing when exploring the world, exciting in combat, and gives personality to towns or villages. The story and characters are great and aside from the prologue, the game gives you the ability to choose what order to do or not do the story sections or not do them at all and head straight to the final boss from the get go. If I were forced to nitpick I would only say the slight frame rate drops in certain areas (which were made better in a patch), the frame stutter that sometimes happens when fighting a Moblin and the initial lack of voice over language options ( initially only English was available, then with a patch 8 more languages were made available) Truly a spectacular achievment of a video game and work of art.

I basically purchased the Switch to play this game and it is a great game. The Limited Edition comes with a cool little map, a cool soundtack CD (with nice cover art), a Sheikah Slate carrying case for the Switch and my favorite a Zelda coin in a plastic case. With the Best Buy Gaming Club, you get 20% off, which pays for itself with the savings from this purchase.

My original hope was to get the Master Sword edition, but after watching this site like a hawk I still wasn't able to get one. The Special Edition set includes everything that set did except for the replica sword statue. I won't mention all items included, but the hard shell case is awesome and has ample storage for I believe 15 games and some cables or Joy-Con shoulder button straps. I was going to buy a separate case but when I saw and felt this case I found no need for another case at all. The box itself is VERY large and colorful with what looks like gold leaf for the game title on front. It's actually bigger than the box the Switch itself comes in. It is beautiful and if you have room to display it makes a great collectible. The soundtrack is very good, though perhaps a little bland as the game focuses most of it's sound range on ambient and other sounds from nature, making the in game soundtrack subtle at times. The game itself is as good as everyone says and a good change for the series itself. The open world is huge and full of life. It has a lot of game essences to it like the Far Cry series, Metal Gear, and others while still being and feeling like a Zelda game at it's core.

The Legend of Zelda is an excellent game, but you've probably already heard that a hundred times from far more trusted sources than "that guy from the Best Buy website." Instead I will focus on the accessory elements of the Special Edition. The Switch carrying case is great. I was actually surprised how high-quality it is. It has space for some headphones (even enough space to squeeze in an additional set of joy-cons should you so desire) and a bunch of slots for carrying games. The map is also really quite nice. It's made out some sort of high-quality paper that feels a bit like cloth. It's two-sided with one being the map and another a portrait from the game. The soundtrack is a nice addition, but I honestly haven't had the chance to listen to it yet. The coin is pretty cool as well. It was a little annoying when I saw it came out of the case in transit, but it's just nice it came with a case. I can definitely recommend anyone interested in getting the game and a carrying case for your Switch (also recommended). Unless you're self-conscious about your nerd-dom—it's a rather bright case.

I bought this because I am a very big Zelda fan and I was in no way upset with it. I'll admit, I mostly made this purchase for the Sound Selection and game case (and the game of course), but the coin and map and very great to have as well. For the game itself, I couldn't over-recommend it for any adventure video game fan. It's a lot different from other Zelda games, but it's super enjoyable just like all the others.

The game: Breath of the Wild is an awesome journey into a vast open world filled puzzles, mystery, enemies, and history. The art style is great and it suits Zelda very well. There is all kinds of freedoms to explore and experiment. I feel that it rains too much which can inhibit the exploring, but otherwise, Breath of the Wild is an excellent game. The Carrying Case - the case is very well made. I like that it comes with 12 slot holders for games and small pouch to carry Joy Con grips. The Soundtrack - Overall I like the music of Breath of the Wild. I was kind of wishing some of the music from the Switch Presentation trailer would have made it, but I like the small touches that call back to past games in some of the music. The coin and map - The coins looks good and it looks to be well made. I like the Z side. As for the map/trapestry, I like the tapestry side better. I would have preferred an actual map rather than the weather worn look.

I was hesitant about the new direction of my beloved Zelda series. I was totally wrong this is one of the best games I have played. I am a huge Oblivion and Skyrim fan and this is literally a Zelda skinned Skyrim. It is a beautiful open world with real physics which allows you to use critical thinking when solving puzzles or interacting with the environment. Now for the accessories. The case is good quality and Zelda themed. It is a semi-hard case offering decent protection for the switch, joy-cons and game cards. The coin is nice and comes in a plastic case you cannot open. The map is just that but adds to cool factor and can be useful when referencing while playing. My only regret is trusting the Best Buy app as it is garbage and slow making me lose out on the Master edition.

For the game itself, Breath of the Wild is an amazing open-world Zelda adventure. It truly combines adventure and exploration with the Zelda themes and ideas we've all grown to love. The only issue I've had with the game would be occasional noticeable drops in frame rate while docked. That said, it quickly resolves and is impressive considering how beautiful the game is and overall how well it runs on such a small, essentially hand held system. As for the other goodies in here, the music, map, and coin are nice bonuses, but I got this edition purely for the case, which is sturdy and well made, and I love the design. The case itself makes this edition worth while, even more so if you have gamers club unlocked as I do. Thirty extra dollars for just the case is well worth it.

The Breath of the Wild Special Edition is a sight to behold. The box itself stands over a foot and a half tall and at least a foot wide. It contains all kinds of Zelda goodness (a soundtrack, Switch carrying case, cloth map, and a collectible coin). While it doesn't include the Master Sword statue included with the hard to find Master Edition, this is still a nice package to have as a lifelong Legend of Zelda fan. The game itself is huge and will take many weeks of exploration to find everything on your own. If you can afford the Master Edition, get that one but the Special Edition is your next best bet.

Collectibles is the last word I was attempting to finish. The Map by itself is sufficient for the price, but you also get the game, the Sheikah carrying case, a coin, and the soundtrack. What's more is the box it comes in really gives you the detail you wish you saw in the ordinary consumer casing of the game. The game alone is the best game I've ever played. There are so many facets and subtle nuances that you cannot find in any game on the market. Once you play the game you'll fully understand what I mean when I say that. Do not be surprised if you see climbing in RPG games after this one.
