Roger Moore as Bond in this old school classic spy movie. The always charming and witty Bond humor and action is on full display in this film.

watching it repeatedly only makes it more amusing, to capture those missed details

Fantastic Classic movie collection. Nostalgic and entertaining

The Man with the Golden Gun delivers nonstop excitement. Get ready for a world tour – the storyline takes you from London, to Beirut, Hong Kong and Bangkok. And, Oh those Bond Girls just seem to be popping up in most scenes! Two exciting chases – both a Bangkok – one by boat in the cities canal system and the other by motor car. All-in-all the film provides the viewer with an stimulating and rousing entertainment package.

I'm old enough to remember seeing this one on the big screen when the original movie was introduced. With the recent loss of the actor playing the title role, I knew this was one I needed to have in my personal collection (I already owned a VHS copy, but what good is that these days?). The picture quality is like most other DVDs . . . perfect. Thanks, Best Buy, for making this movie memory available, and at a real bargain at the same time. Easy to recommend this one to others.

MGM did a great job remastering all the James Bond movies and this is no exception. I just re-did my theater at home and now I get to see all these classics on the big screen, better than ever before! I love the newer films when they start to incorporate more action and especially the gadgets but you can't go wrong with any of them so if you're thinking about buying any of the Bond discs, stop thinking and just go for it.

Whatever your Bond preference, real fans love the array of historical styles. This Roger Moore vehicle is decidedly on the corny corner of the street but who can resist Christopher Lee as the sophisticated Scaramanga and his shorty side-kick, Nick Nack. And let's not forget the lively ladies, Britt Eklund as Goodnight and Maude Adams as Andrea. Not great, but, heck, good fun.

I grew up watching the Bond films, and hearing about Roger Moore's death terribly upset me; I already own the Bond movies on DVD but because of Moore's passing and this being one of my absolute favorites in the series, I paid the money and happily got The Man With the Golden Gun on blu ray.

I have gotten the 007 collections in pieces before, but some of the movies were missing out of my collection, so when I saw this one, which I did not have, at this price at the store, I was very happy to be able to get it. I am always on the look-out for missing pieces to my collections, at good pricing. Thanks.

This is an affordably priced blu-ray that has many special features on it. Picture and audio surprisingly look great considering the age of this movie. Good performances by the cast too. Definitely worth picking up for James Bond fans.

Another good Bond film with a pretty interesting storyline and a good group of actors! You will enjoy this movie if you enjoy the other Bond films.

Bought as a gift for my father because he is a huge fan of 007. I haven't seen these older ones but I have heard good thing. I also got these for $4 a piece. You can't argue that great bargain.

All 007 movies are good in their individual way. This one is no exception a great action film. James Bond is a icon a secret agent action hero the fighter of evil what is there not to like.

Roger Moore really began to hit his stride by this film. It is the most action packed up to this point and opened the doorway for later Bond classics. It is very influential on the later films.

Roger Moore is the best James Bond as far as I am concerned. I was captivate by this movie when it first came out in 1974. I was only 10 years old, but I was already a fan of Christopher Lee. Needless to say, I loved the movie.

Roger Moore really shines in this film, despite squaring off against the indubitable Christopher Lee. Classic film in the franchise and a must see for any budding Bond fanatic.

The Man With The Golden Gun may not have aged very gracefully, but it's still, in my opinion, one of the better Bonds. Fun to see Clifton James return as the redneck sherif, and the jump flip sequence was done in one take!

Happy I got this to add to my collection. Wish it was a steelbook. Everyone knows about the fabled golden one. Nice to see this after playing the games as a kid

My James Bond collection is now complete. This is one of my favorite James Bond movies. It feels like I'm at the theaters when I'm watching it on my 65 inch TV.
