This Movie it’s really Good and I like that it’s 1:85.1 Full Screen.

Perfect for the entire family! Any season everyday

I was skeptical about this after reading some reviews, but I decided to give it a try. I’m happy that I got it. Really enjoyed it, and the SteelBook looks beautiful. Gorgeous sets and costumes. This was a great deal for $6.99!

steelbook looks cool so of youre a fan I recommend it but the movie falls way short for Disney. Has moments though and not their worst.

I went into this movie with a bunch of preconceived notions. The story is pretty solid with limited plot holes. The visuals are stunning. By the end of the movie, I was glad I had given it a chance. I realized I would have missed a good movie had I allowed myself to rely on my judgments about the movie without having seen it. Give it a try you’ll like it too. The 4K is fantastic. All the extras are included on the regular BluRay disc. A decently produced product.

This movie did not get the attention it deserved! Great visuals, decent script, and a unique and funky originality throughout! Do not be fooled by the title...this movie is not about a bunch of toys dancing and skating around a lake! The plot is actually designed more for adults who seek an escape from the cookie cutter stories we have become accustomed to. Parents who took small children expecting something sweet and predictable were probably shocked. Perhaps, this was why the movie became the yesr’s best sleeper!

While "The Nutcracker and the Four Realms" doesn't have the strongest plot line, it is a feast for the eyes. The costumes, especially were outstanding. If you know in advance that this film doesn't follow the original story or the ballet, then it's easier to go in without expectations and just to enjoy it for it's own merits.

I had high hopes for this film - but it failed to deliver what I had hoped it could have been. Disney did a fabulous job on the 3 Narnia movies and the "Four Realms" looked like it was going to be a cross between Narnia and a Nutcracker Fantasy. The first half of the movie was going that way until one of the main characters is revealed for who they really are - and then came cheesy acting and a hokey "let's quickly wrap up the ending script". The special effects will entertain the 12 and below crowd, but the potential for an adult PG fantasy was not fulfilled as it was with the Narnia series. This is basically why the other Disney movie reboot of "A Wrinkle in Time" did not work.

First of all, my wife is a Disney fanatic, and it was certain that she would want to see this movie. So I preordered the film. I've bought the steelbooks before, and this one has such a beautiful case. She loved it. The movie itself is a good, holiday themed fantasy film, though it was short. It is a beautiful film to look at.

5-Star Christmas Classic will re-tell an old story in a new way! Will watch over & over as the detail is dripping from costuming to cinematography. Played on a Wintery-dayoutside: brought the Living room to life on the inside. Also, made me feel the child-like wonder of magic & believing beautiful things can happen!!

Nutcracker and the Four Realms is an incredible movie of reality before the stage production came about. The movie is an incredible example of what the environment and what people are like and can accomplish when healthy. Even the expressions on the animals faces show that the eat food categories. The case for this dvd is very nice.

Saw this movie in the theatres with a couple of friends of mine and while the Nutcracker is one of my favorite holiday ballets, this was a treat in a different way. The musical score is quite wonderful, the storyline also takes on a whole different spin which I enjoyed. A visual treat for the eyes cinemetography-wise...

I liked it a lot. Just clean entertainment. If you're a fan of The Nutcracker I think you'll like it. I don't think it's perfect, as related to The Nutcracker. I just mean that I'd have done/wrote it slightly different than this movie makes it. I'd still recommend it though. ;)

Lush scenery, gorgeous settings, beautiful costumes, loved Tchaikovsky's music in the background as soundtrack, especially engaging in the first half of the movie, loved the gift giving scene and mystique...before it slows down and goes dark. Excellent cast but...not used well.

For those who never knew what the Nutcracker was about, this is a wonderful adaptation. This story follows Clara, the daughter of the Queen of the Realms, as she discovers the hidden world her mother created and the magic and danger that waits for her to discover.

I watched this wondering how a ballet would be interpreted into a movie. Wasn't disappointed, for the costumes and scenes are lavish. My grandchildren enjoyed it, loved the action (though one spot scared my small granddaughter a wee bit) and we thought it was a fun movie.

It's no wonder why this film was not a hit in theater. The story seemed kind of odd. It looks like some parts of the scene was derived from 'Narnia'. Anyhow, it is still a good movie for kids and the part that I like is the formation of the mouse king.

The kids had watched it before, but I think they enjoyed it more this time. They are 9 and 8, and they were riveted to the TV. It is hard to find a movie they haven't seen when they come to visit once or twice a year; but even though they had seen this ones before, they really enjoyed watching it again.

This is a fantasy film that uses the characters from the traditional Nutcracker. This is not like the ballet/play. However, it is a very intriguing film with some drama, action and fantastical elements. This was a gift and the recipient was very happy with it.
