This was a very good movie with great acting. Kate Winslet was amazing

This is a good story where there is a woman in the lead roll instead of a man. It is a story that makes you stop and think about how some people will do anything to keep their secrets. It makes you stop and think when it is done. A nice movie to watch with friends and then talk about it over dinner.

I don't know how anyone could not like this movie. My wife and I thought it was incredible! It's a powerful drama that grips you from start to finish. Kate Winslet, Ralph Fiennes(one of my personal favorites,) David Kross, Lena Olin, etc., the acting was supurb across the board. This film has a very deep, emotional and controversial plot. My only negative comment is that it's not the 'provocative thriller' they claim it to be on the cover. I would say powerful drama, thriller is not acurate. Otherwise, I would definitely buy this movie, it's worth watching more than once.

I saw this film in theatres and i had no idea what i was getting myself into. The initial attraction was Kate Winslet (love her!) but when i saw the film, i didn't see Kate, I saw Hannah and the many impossible struggles she faces during the short 2hr. run time. I was emotionally drained by the end, but in a good way. So much happens, even the slow moments play a pivital role in the plot. Pay attention to every detail, this film will take u by emotional storm!!! Their are so many twists and turns throughout! Jaw dropping ending!! Acting amazing!! Can't wait till dvd release in April!

Don't watch this one if you want to be cheered up. Otherwise, it's great.

Winslet is Phenomenal and deserved every inch of that Oscar! Bravo !!

An alright storyline with a few weird scenes. Other than Kate Winslet it has questionable acting. Didn't really enjoy this one.
