What can I say about the film that hasn’t already been said? It’s a classic, and once I saw it at a low price at my local Best Buy with the slipcover still on it I knew I had to pick it up.

Funny thing is.... I had a 5 dollar coupon.... and boyfriend and I were going into BestBuy and buying the cheapest Blu-ray they had..... and this was it.... and we got 2 drinks so I could use said coupon. It was pretty fun... and I'm happy to own the sandlot now because it's a classic.

The Sandlot is a movie that resonates with everyone during their childhood years. It is a movie that demonstrates the true meaning of friendship, hardwork, and courage! It is incredibly hilarious and heartwarming with relatable characters. Totally recommend it to everyone of all ages! You killing me Smalls!

What a wholesome film! Baseball and boys seem timeless, so I guess that’s going to be one reason why this movie hold so well. There humor, mischief, excitement, and real heartfelt moments in this movie. It’s also extremely quotable. Looks good in HD.

This movie reminds me of my childhood, back when life mattered. Even though I don't like baseball, I LOVE this movie. I can relate to Smalls, because I always felt like an outsider and had a hard time making friends, so this movie definitely made me feel better knowing there's a happy ending. The cast was great, the kids were funny and it's very unforgettable. A movie you can watch with your family.

The Sandlot was a great film. It brought back a lot of memories of playing baseball with the other neighborhood kids from my own childhood. The story really captures the essence of growing up.

Seems like classics are being made less and less, but this certainly qualifies as a modern classic. Can’t believe this movie is over 20 years old. Such a fun movie, it’s nostalgia and familiarity translates, even though my childhood was long after and very different. I still cry at the end, and feel the sentimentality between the two main characters at the end.

A wonderful nostalgic trip to the days of sandlot baseball played with neighborhood friends. Well paced and well-acted by an ensemble cast of kids that performs well above the level of most kidcentric movies. If your kids want to know what life was like before computers, cell phones and game systems, this is the movie for them to see. Picked this up at a great sales price from Best Buy. Terrific value.

My 8 year old grandson loves this movie! Nine boys bond together over the game of baseball during summer vacation. It depicts their struggle to recover a ball lost over a fence that had been signed by Babe Ruth and had been taken without permission from one of the kid's stepfather's baseball collection. The boy, prior to taking it knew nothing about the legend of BabeRuth.

This movie reminds me of my childhood in the early and mid 80’s. Me and the neighborhood kids all played baseball all summer long, as well as the all the other silliness associated with being an adolescent

This is a great transfer. The video is clear and crisp, colors are vivid and unmuted, and the sound is clean and well defined. The special features, or lack thereof, are ported directly from the DVD release. No big deal. My favorite thing about this release is definitely the set of trading cards featuring the sandlot team. Ultimately, if you are a fan and grew up on this, worth the buy.

Loved that movie as a kid and definitely want my kids to enjoy it as I did. Especially since they don't make many fun kids movies like this anymore. Boyhood has never been so much fun! Price was great also, a digital and physical copy for only $4.99. Double win!!!!

I purchased this video for my 5 year-old grandson who is an exceptional all-sports player His father watched it when it first came out years ago. We thoroughly enjoyed this video and plan to watch it many times over in the future.

I cannot believe it has been over 25 yrs now since this came out! A classic childhood movie & film that I am surprised they haven’t tried to do a remake of already! Cause you know that is what they do these days. “Your killing me smalls!”
