This is the best movie Shyamalan has done since The Village. He keeps it low key but has the style of his first few films with a found footage style

You might ask if its a gem then why did I rate it 3 stars? Well I don't really think it matches with with The Conjuring or It Follows but I went in with low expectations and came out liking it. Now I was gonna give it 4 stars but after rewatching it I felt like I gave it a higher rating because I was expecting it to but really bad. As far as blu rays go its pretty standard. Good picture and Audio quality and a few extras to browse if you really liked the film.

This is good, just realize it done like a first person point of veiw. It takes an unexpected twist at the end that will have you on the edge of your seat.

I know it is not as good as the quintet of films he made with The Sixth Sense, Unbreakable, Signs, & The Village but far better than his last few.

Finally something good from M. Night shamalon. It has been a long time since he made anything worth watching so it is nice to have fun with him again.

As with most of his movies i did not expect the surprises i got.. I am an avid horror movie watcher so this was very mild to me but kept me interested

After a few major turds of movies, Shyamalan returns to form with a creepy thriller and a twist ending that makes rewatches even more disturbing.

Love M. Night Shyamalan's flicks. They always entertain and this one does too. If you follow his movies, then you'll enjoy the journey through this one.

This movie is not what I expected from m. Knight Shyamalan. I thought it would of been scarier than what it was. It's still a good suspenseful movie.

I was sceptical about the movie only because of the director, but honestly it didn't disappoint and is worth seeing if you want to be creeped out

Let me start out by stating that I'm not a big fan of M. Night Shyamalan. But I enjoyed this movie, it was watchable unlike some of his other films.

What starts off as a normal trip to see the grandparents turns into nightmare fuel after a few nights. And as usual with M. Night films, there's a twist, but unlike some of his other films, this twist is not gimmicky, it totally works, it fits and it is scary, and you won't see it coming!! This movie will creep you out big time and is one fun ride!!

I really like The Visit on Blu-ray. I wasn't expecting much but I thought the story had good twists and was creepy. Will watch it again.

The Visit is one of the best movies I've seen in a long time... but with that being said, it's not for everyone. If you're looking for a gory, blood-filled horror movie -- this is NOT what you want to watch. If, on the other hand, you're looking for something suspenseful, odd, and even terrifying at times, with a 'twist' -- then this is it!

Another knock it out of the ballpark by M. Night Shyamalan. Has you on the edge of your seat throughtout the entire movie. I love the twist!

My daughters and I haven't heard about this movie before,but it did have some weird twist and turns.overal if say it was above average.....

M Night Shyamalan Movies are great this one is no exception creepy more than scary the kids are a good mix of funny and terrified. The old folks are… don’t want to spoil it.

I bought this movie for my daughter who loved it in theaters. Not the scariest movie I've ever seen, but it definitely made me jump.

Saw this in the theater when it came out there. Wife and I loved it! Thought it was going to be a scary supernatural movie but it isn't. There are a couple intense spots but over all, there is more humor than scare. The twist we never saw coming. Didn't care for the documentary style filming but the story made up for it.

One of the most underrated horror movies of all time. Shyamalan returns to form finding humor and terror in the unlikeliest of places. This time he takes a simple visit to your grand parents and turns it into your greatest nightmare.
