This was my first time watching this and did not have high expectations coming into this. It was entertaining in a over the top sort of way, which is the point of this movie. It remind of a those fighting games like streets of rage. "Warriors come out and playyyy."

The Warriors come out to play! Walter Hill's director's cut has strange comic book transition pieces, but the film is still a lot of fun. Nice Blu Ray.

The Warriors has attained cult status over the years, a classic multi-rebels without a cause, other than survival. Maturity envelops the group in the end.

An Old Cult Classic that you must see even if you've seen it before

Brings me back to my youth. I remember the days of living in a gang filled NYC. This movie is very true to the era it was written in. Great movie.

First saw this back in 1979 at Covina Drive-in in Covina, California when it was first released. Now A Great cult classic !

Along with Streets of Fire this movie is favorite guilty pleasure of mine. Since Midnight movies generally show what is on the current bill only at midnight. I do miss the cat calls and audience comments. Still. A good run through the streets, parks and subways of NYC.

Hey, it may be a little cheesy and silly, but I've always loved this movie. It is what it is, and it does what is sets out to accomplish well.

This movie was so controversial in its day, to the point that it was actually banned in some cities. It has a good storyline, with a good soundtrack.

If you haven't seen this movie then you're missing out on a cult classic. Got this for a great deal at Best Buy and couldn't be happier.
