Couldn't get this item from Best Buy, first UPS delivered the Theragun to the wrong address then Best Buy failed to deliver a replacement.. Had to get the Theragun from Scheels.

I expected better, sadly I was disappointed in the product

The Therabody - Theragun is a great product for people that regularly work out and want to have something available for a post workout massage without the added cost and travel required for it. There are multiple attachments. I didn't really see much of a variety in the way of attachments. They range from extremely hard and almost uncomfortable to use to soft foam. I find that the best setting (atleast for me) is around the lower range of 1700-1900 rpms. Anything above that feels almost painful. Again this will depend on your tolerance. I've found that its very easy to fit this into my routine each day. There are multiple modes that cater to different needs. Whether it's for relaxing before bed with the program offered for that, or the post workout program that hits the right spots, being able to incorporate this into my routine is my favorite part of this product. The package includes a carrying case, attachments with a separate bag, instructions and the charging charge with it's own adapter. I highly recommend this product.

I am not exaggerating when I say Theragun massage guns are life changing, and adding this Thereagun Pro 5th generation to my collection is no exception. I was very impressed when I was unboxing this theragun, I just kept finding more surprises and extras that I was not expecting. The not one but two different bags you get with this feel very high quality and will be so helpful with travelling. I also like the wide variety of attachments the unit came with, there are some classics in here such as the thumb and my favourite, the Supersoft attachment. It was cool to see they also threw the QuietForce solution in as well, this is our households 5th theragun product and I always wondered about adding more lubrication to the piston as they all clearly came lubricated when new. The Theragun PRO itself is made of very nice materials that feel nice to the touch. The shape and curves in the unit are also very ergonomic and I can see the difference in this higher end model vs. the entry level models. It is very light for its size, I compared it to my Theragun Prime that is much smaller in size, but the PRO weighs less. You do not need to use the app to operate this device but it sure does make it a nicer experience, especially for beginners. I like that it can walk you through different modes depending on what kind of recovery you are looking for, and it reminds you to use it in some areas you wouldn't normally think of. A huge plus of this theragun over my other devices is the fact that it charges via USBC and not its own unique charger. I always have multiple USBC chargers plugged in ready to go so charging is very easy, and will make travel even easier. As far as how this device feels to use and the overall experience, this is where it is life changing. The massage gun finds knots and tense spots you do not even realize you have just from daily life. Post working - it is incredible and makes recovery so much easier. Restless legs or sit at a desk for work all day? Stiff and sore from road trips? Night and day difference. Theragun singlehandedly got me through a 17 hour drive and I do not leave the house without it in my backpack, I cannot recommend it enough.

I had it for 20 days which is 5 days after the return policy after paying all that money the batteries stopped working, they took 2 days to charge anyway. But they stopped charging both of them so I had this expensive machine that could not massage me and Best Buy wouldn’t exchange or return this piece of crap. Sometimes expensive doesn’t mean it’s worth it …. Don’t buy this!!!
