Stay away- I got a lemon
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am extremely disappointed. I have yet to be able to use my oven. Had it professionally installed December 19, 2024. It has never worked. Cannot get up to temp before it shuts itself down. I was told i had to wait to let support try to fix it before it will be replaced. No one could tell me what the error code referred to. Technician came out and said cooling fan and control board are bad. In a brand new oven. Replacement parts are now in, but service people cant come out to fix it until the February 28th. When i called customer service i was told to read the warranty. I expected my $12,000 appliance to work day one. HUGE MISTAKE TRUSTING THERMADOR. I should have gone with Wolf. Dont do it.
