The PC arrived in excellent condition, very well packaged and the GPU well supported to stay in place during shipping. There is no bloatware installed but just generic W10 Home and several utilities ready to be installed, if you desire to do so. Also love the fact that the heavy graphics card is supported by a brace (feature of the ThermalTake case) being used. Starting up after removing the shipping protections went smooth and did not take long. However, there is no instruction provided to install what is needed (as far as I could tell) and you just have to find your way around and go to the respective websites to get manuals as needed. My unit came with an AsRock Z790-C with WiFi MoBo, 32GB of ThermalTake DDR5 - 5600 DRAM (2 sticks with LED), an MSI RTX 4080 graphis card white edition and a MSI Spatium M371 2TB M.2 SSD drive. I have not benchmarked anything yet, however there was a Superposition benchmark screen shot on the Desktop shwing a score of 8674 with 8k optimized (highest) setting, which ranks up pretty high with scores available on that website for 4080 based GPUs. There is one caveat with the system as it was delivered as I wanted to add a second 2 TB SSD and even though there was plenty of hardware included (all that was related to the tower case and the modular PS) there was no extra screws for the M.2 standoffs that are already installed on the MoBo in the locations suited for 2280 formfactor, so I could not proceed installing my SSD and had to order new standoffs and screws which should arrive today. I will update this review as I get further along with installs and benchmarks. I did install Steam and installed TSW3 and load times for the game were very fast (~3s) so that is what I was hoping for. I am running a 3840x1600 resolution and the PC stayed nice and quiet while gaming TSW3.

Great computer so far with a very nice build and overall look. I’ve had no issues with the internals and the finish of the case appears to be flawless out of the box in those regards. So I don’t have any major complaints over than the empty M.2 slots do not have the screws included to mount additional drives. If you choose to use those slots you will need to purchase those screws separately. This could have just been missing from my box but I can’t be sure. Either way I would definitely recommend this computer over most of the other prebuilt’s I’ve bought.

I have been waiting to buy a pc and after literal years or waiting and price watching decided to go with this 4080 Thermaltake build. Temperatues are great even after 6-8 hour gaming sessions of Spiderman, CP2077 and WoW on max settings, 1440p across two 165hz momitors. The quality matches the price.

After 2 bad computers from Cyberpower that I had to return to the best buy for various issues I was recommended by some best buy specialists to try this computer because according to them thermaltake uses many of their own parts and were a reputable brand.I was pleasantly surprised when opening the packaging to see how well sealed the computer was and the white color with the led fans looks beautiful.The computer was plug in play ready and I had no issues with it games like Elden ring and Starfield look great and play at high framerates..No issues so far very quiet and efficient system.

Plug and play very easy to setup! Very quiet, a surprisingly BIG PC CASE, has a lot room to work with. And had windows 11 installed!
