    Thermaltake did a very nice job packing this order, and securing it. Prompt and fast shipping. I was very impressed to see they left a benchmark on the homepage to prove stability. The build looks very sleek. And the CPU cooler performs ok. My one complaint, is the RGB Controller was DOA. None of the software could read or recognize. I troubleshooted and concluded it was dead. The fans still spin and operate but I cant change the color from TT software. Overall, good experience though.

      Hello, we are happy to see that you are satisfied with your PC. By default, the TH360v2 comes int he PCs. That CPU block is not customizable, and the TTRGB Plus software won't work because there is no controller present. Best regards, Thermaltake Support

    Overall, a good pc to work with although I wish it would show specific parts they used for the gpu and motherboard. Other than that I’ve been using for about a week and it’s fantastic.
