I don't have many negative feelings about this considering how hard it is to get a GPU at the moment. I will say that it's hugley frustrating that this doesn't come with 32GB of ram. I do love the design though and it's way more powerful than I need.

Packaging and presentation looked great, but the PC would not power on. I brought it back to Best Buy for a return. The Geek Squad associate told me it was more than likely a faulty power supply. The Thermaltake tech support team on Discord did not respond to my questions.
Fantastic looking product if your unit works. I was lucky enough to buy an HP Omen with a 3060 for $1299 as a replacement, which is an adquate replacement considering saving $1,000.

This thing is a beast. Runs graphic heavy games with ease. Cpu and gpu do not get warm at all. The PC looks great and the wiring is very tidy. Was packed well.

Don't waste your money on this, over heating issues, water pump needed to be replaced after 14 months.
