Was well in my budget and bought it for right price. Worked fine for the first 3 days. On day 4 no power routing through my pc at all. Thought it was one of my components but turns out was the battery. Honestly don't waste your time and go ahead and spend the extra buck's to get a top-notch battery.
Sorry your power supply came defective. In the future, you can always work with us directly to get it replaced. This power supply comes with a 5 year warranty.

I purchased this because when I was building my PC PSU's were in short supply and very expensive, I wish I'd just paid the price. This PSU was responsible for an intermittent and annoying Kernel Power error that occasionally crashed my new desktop. I don't know specifically what it's problem was, but would guess it was unable to keep a consistent power flow under heavy load. I recently replaced this piece of crap with a better PSU and the crashes have gone away.
I have had good experiences with Thermaltake in the past, but this thing is a piece of junk.

This power supply worked for about a year until I heard a loud POP like a transformer failed. Now it has no power on the PCIe cable so must be replaced.

Fan make a horrible noise. Just going to replace the fan because I am lazy. I would not buy this again.
The power supply does work though. Good connector selection. Would have been great if the fan wasnt an issue

The Geek Squad checked my computer and installed a new power unit. It worked for
about 20 minutes and cut out again. I took it to another còmputer company and found it wasnt the power but the mother board and the video card. I had to buy another computer.
Please consider revising your review, not as critique of Best Buy, but as the performance of the PSU. These reviews are for the product, not the store they came from.
Thank you, Thermaltake Support

no sense to buy this PSU if you have new or any GPU that requires 2 power cords. in this case you will get just one power cord (8 pin?) with splitter. I have rtx 3070 and without lowering the power of GPU I can't play some games due to random restarts

Don't waste your time or money. I brought two of these a they both lasted about two days before my PCs would not power up. I wouldn't take one of theses if they were free. This model is legally stealing customers cash by saling them faulty products. Unreal
We have RMA proceedures and policy in place for just such an event like this. In the future, feel free to contact us to take advantage of the RMA process to get replacements.

Was upgrading my PC and decided to get this PSU as it was on sale for a good price. Set up everything and went to turn it on and nothing. Tested my old PSU and it worked. So I had to return it. Not sure of the capabilities but I was very disappointed.
We are happy to help you with troubleshooting or replacements that need to take place. In the future consider reaching out to our support team.

Most likely came from a bad batch.

Received the power supply, hooked everything up, and my built pc, would not start, no fan movements or anything, so I knew it was a PSU or MB issue. Switched out the MB and same thing happened, no start. Therefore it's this PSU, and recent reviews also stated they arrived DOA (around my time of purchase 5/22/2020). Most likely got one from a bad batch which is okay since I could return and get another brand.

PSU looked like someone tried to tak it apart and fix it right out of the box, googled the store to get the number to call about returning and sure enough the first review was of the very same make and model psu with the same problem (dead out of the box) and even looked to have the same dents in the cardboard as the one I recieved. Very shady, and has me weary of doing business with them again.
