I’ve owned 3 of these psu’s (all “smart 700w”) and in less than a year 2 of them have gone bad (in 2 different pc’s). Would not recommend!

The one I received was junk. It died within a week after installing. Returning it, but am hesitant to try another one from this brand after this experience.

Not the best unit out there, but it gets the job done at a great price.

I was excited until it wasn't turning on at all. I have my computer completely built but the power supply wasn't turning on. I thought I did something wrong until I did a paperclip test. I'm completely disappointed and now worried that the SSD card doesn't work either.

Complete junk had it for a few months before the cable to my video card burned away the conductors on the inside, total trash not stable power to overclock or anything 1/10 would not reccomend
We would not recommend this unit for overclocking. This is a basic power supply with basic features. Overclocking anything would require at least 80 Plus Bronz rating.

Doesn't work with ANY UPS!

Every time there's a hiccup in power, it takes a fraction of a second for the UPS to switch to battery power. Most UPS'es work that way. I've tried both APC and CyberPower UPS systems.
The server I put this in reboots EVERY TIME. It just can't handle it the way most power supplies can.
I am very disappointed, but I'll need to buy a new UPS. What a waste of time and money.

Unit was installed and in use for less than 2 months before dying. Thermaltake warranty said it *might* be covered but I had to ship it to them at my expense. Be cheaper to buy a new one at this point.

It proved to be malfunctioning(no power when switched on). I replaced with a different power source(750w) and computer started up and has worked well since.
We do our best to make sure our products are as reliable as possible, however, sometimes electronics arrive dead. For that, we also have our warranty exchange policy available for this situation. Feel free to reach out to us next time for any customer service or warranty needs.
