Worked good for upgrading my gpu. Was a little overkill on the power needed but was a good price and was trying to future proof my pc. Little did I know the newer cards that came out need an electric substation to work. Guess we are lucky they aren’t readily available.

The unit seems to work excellent, seems to be quieter than the old one that bit the dust, and now I have plugs for heavy duty graphics card if I choose to install one. also, the original power supply was only 300 watts. not crazy about the black wires. kinda hard to see when reaching down into the computer to plug things in,

Packs a punch. Does the job beautifully. Quiet. I'm not even that sad that it's not bronze or gold

Excellent power supply, able to power my R5900x and my 3080 Ti.
I'd recommend modular if you have anything newer or better! or if you have the extra money!

Powered my computer and no noticable draw backs. They make it easy to install. Doesn't make a good bath toy though.

This is a really good mic for it's price. It was only $60! An it works perfectly with my pc and getting the 700w is even better. The only minus is that I wish it was semi modular but it is to be expected of a budget PSU. Otherwise great PSU.

No frills PC Power supply. No flashy LEDs, just a good workhorse power supply to replace the one that got zapped by a lightning strike.
Cabling was mesh covered and of a good length for a n overlarge full-size case. Good selection of connectors but as with any power supply check what you need against what you get - same for power rating. 700w was ample for my business machine.
Very, very quiet in operation and does not produce a lot of heat. Much cooler running and quieter than the one it replaced.
I have it bottom mounted and no issues mounting it there, as I already said ample cable length.
Runs 12 to 24 hrs /day. Not under full load all the time. No issues with sleep/hibernate restarts or bios conflicts/error messages even when overclocking the MB.
Last power supply lasted over 5 years, hoping this one does equally well.

I’ve used a lot of budget power supplies, and this one surprised me in a good way. Installation was straightforward, cables were long enough for a mid-tower, and it’s been running stable under load with zero issues. No random shutdowns, no weird noise—just consistent power delivery. If you’re building a reliable system without overspending, this is a solid choice.

I’ve been using the Thermaltake Smart 700W PSU for a while, and it’s been reliable for my mid-range build. It runs quietly and delivers consistent power without issues. The non-modular cables are a bit messy, but overall it’s a solid, affordable choice that gets the job done well.
