    No video display, its a bit larger than expected. Great quality video and appreciate the automatic shut-off so it does not drain the battery. Wish it was a bit small and came with a video display to see in real time vs. using an app on the phone.

    When we brought this product it was not easy to install and you have to be in your Wi-Fi account when you sign up. This product do not have a camera so you can’t see anybody next to your car, you have to connect to your smart phone in order to see what’s going on your surroundings. The geek squad was the one to install our camera and he’s said that to call support group to help you out. When we call the support group team they were no help at all, they said that if you’re not happy with the dash camera you can return it to Best Buy!! Wow I couldn’t believe what he told me. Poor customer service period!!!

    The dash cam seems to meet expectations in Driving Mode but Thinkware Dash Cam Trch Team has not resolved the issue encountered during Parking Mode. If they can resolve it I am prepared to give it 4 star.
