Not going to lie, it leaves more to be desired. It requires you to be near the dashcam in order to access the footage. While the hardware is good and works, the software app thats made for these dashcams isn't good at all. I'll find myself waiting awhile for it to load up the footage and doesn't really show you which specific one you're looking at. Takes awhile to look uo the right footage and at what time. Almost wish i had gone with a Rexing cause of how bad the app is

This is my second dash camera from Thinkware. This purchase was made based on the quality of the F-type camera that I'm currently using. That being said, I am surprised that a two-year newer product, that is claiming a 2K picture quality of a front camera, has a seemingly much lower resolution than 1080p. I am suspecting some marketing jargon sneaked in here. For other cons: No way to turn down volume of "greeting" and "incident recording ping". That's a devolution from the older version.

It has good night and day images, and also audio inside the car.

Great can wish I bought this sooner. Crisp 1440 quality for the front and even the 1080p rear is perfect

Just got this installed in all of our vehicles and so far we really like it. Seems to be adequate for our needs. We had Best Buy do the install and they were excellent to work with.

Small and works great. The only issue for me is the instructions are on line. Not printed for those of us who would rather read them and have them available to carry in their car.

Good quality dashcam which you can link it to your phone with an app. Installation was done by Geek Squad and was super professional and quick.

Excellent choice really what I was looking for front and back camera get you piece of mind.

This is the best dash cam I’ve ever own, I was really happy when I got it. I would buy another in the future for my other vehicle. Trust me you won’t be disappointed

Very compact. Camera works great. Recommend the Best Buy install team if you want it hard wired, App needs work having problems getting it to connect

Had this installed in my daughter’s car, works great. Very happy with it.

We bought and had a Q200 installed at Mooresville Best Buy approximately 6 weeks ago. We were very pleased with the dash cam and service technician who installed it. So pleased that we ordered another one to go in another vehicle. This time when I added the camera to the cart, an offer for installation of the dash cam popped up for $79.99. I purchased that as well, since the first installation had cost us $100. The second Q200 was installed at the same Best Buy location by the same technician, and again he did an excellent job, but told me that I would have to pay the extra amount to make up for the $100 charge....in other words I owed him $20. His explanation was that evidently "I got an installation plan for only a front camera, and not front and back". I added the plan that was offered with the item! Very disappointed. No offer was made to correct the "mistake" except for me to pay the difference.
