We were very pleased with the dash cam and service technician who installed it. So pleased that we ordered another one to go in another vehicle. This time when I added the camera to the cart, an offer for installation of the dash cam popped up for $79.99. I purchased that as well, since the first installation had cost us $100. The second Q200 was installed at the same Best Buy location by the same technician, and again he did an excellent job, but told me that I would have to pay the extra amount to make up for the $100 charge....in other words I owed him $20. His explanation was that evidently "I got an installation plan for only a front camera, and not front and back". I added the plan that was offered with the item! Very disappointed. No offer was made to correct the "mistake" except for me to pay the difference.
