ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY! We have had this computer for less than 30 days and only downloaded 1 thing and that’s ZOOM, for my 10 year old daughters Homeschooling (thanks to Covid -19). The screen keeps blacking out, doesn’t pick up the WiFi signal, freezes constantly, the mouse pad is sticky and it takes forever to load, the computer exits her out of her Zoom class DURING class. She’s maybe used the computer 5 times. Because it keeps blacking out and has to run to my office to use my Mac computer to get back on her Zoom. HERES THE BEST PART- I talked to Best Buy and they said that they had a 15 day return policy and that that even though we had only owned it for 18 days at the time of this conversation, they offered me a $30 trade in, even though the computer is just as it came (brand new with the stickers on it) box and everything.... SO we still have this garbage $300 computer...And I’m DISGUSTED with Best Buy especially with the thousands of dollars I’ve spent there on home appliances, home theater equipment, etc etc for 20 years.
