I enjoyed the movie watching a young Thor. It reminded of the Tales of Asgard from Marvel Comics.

ENJOYED WATCHING THIS FILM TOO, BECAUSE I'M A BIG FAN OF THE MARVEL COMICS.

This is a decent Marvel product. First, this is a story of Thor, Odin, Loki and Asgard set before Thor's adulthood. Second, you learn about the backstory (hence, before the hammer), especially Thor's impulsiveness and youthful recklessness. I prefer the live action, but if Thor is your comic hero, then this is a must.

This is basically the story of Thor's journey to "manhood" from being an unknowingly protected brat to becoming a trusted warrior. It also shows how close close Thor and Loki were before they became adults while exposing us to the culture and realms of Asgard. A cool little flick.

Overall it's okay. I purchased it on the premise of Thor and Loki. In this movie they are very young. The action and animation are so-so. As an adult, this one is definitely directed more at the kids. But I like owning all of the Marvel titles, so it fits nicely in my collection.

Since the grandkids are too young for the live action Marvel films, this animated film will allow them to see a more friendly version of Thor.

Decent what-if story telling of Thor & Loki as teenagers. Looks like it may have originally been made for television with commercial breaks edited out.

I picked this one up for an up-in-coming superhero fan's birthday. He loves Thor and he loved this. I plan on picking up a couple of more from this series for a Christmas gift. Great kids gift !

I really enjoy Marvel animated movies; they give you more insight into your favorite characters' background.

It was really great to see a past history of Thor and Loki. I like this Dvd so much I got one for me after I got one for my son. Good addition to my Super Hero collection.

Interesting to see Thor at a young age in this, plus money off to see a movie as well.... I was so there.

My son chose this movie because he like to draw action characters. He said that he liked the movie because it had lots of actions and really cool characters.

For a Thor story, I am not sure why in the world they did not follow a good bit of this for the actual live action films

While Marvel Studios currently sits at the top of the throne of live action film adaptations based off of their characters, DC Comics is still the king of animated adaptations in my opinion. While not horrible, Marvel's animated direct-to-video lineup doesn't quite hold a candle to their biggest rival.

I highly recommend this movie for all ages. Good picture quality.

Thor is simply the best Marvel character other than the Silver Surfer.

Great movie and price. THOR is a great movie so the cartoon was great.
