One of the best albums of the post-grunge era with some real touching tunes.

I could listen to the first 8 tracks over and over and never tire of Lighningh Crashes.
This is my high school music and STILL is a staple in the alternative radio. Can't think of many overall CDs that are as good for alternative. (Green Day Dookie, Bush Sixteen Stone)

Although I wasn't much of a fan of a lot of 90's music back in the day, Live's Throwing Copper was a rare exception as there are just too many great songs on the album to not enjoy over & over again 20+ years later.

The second album from Live is the best they ever released. A must have for rock fans.

I've always maintained that "Throwing Copper" was one of those few perfect albums - no filler tracks, each song as strong as the other. I bought it on cassette tape when it first came out, I got bought the CD after I got my first CD player. I've lost the CD twice and re-bought it twice. I took a long break from popular rock songs but now I have been craving to hear this album again. I'm not even a big Live fan - there are a couple of great songs on their first album, and Secret Samadhi and later albums do nothing for me. Throwing Copper remains to me a perfect example of great 90s rock music.

Outstanding rock n roll. This album is one of the best complete works in my collection. The tunes are great!
