Good pedals, alright wheel

The wheel lasted about 3 months of casual use, then it stopped working and hasn't worked since, the pedals are nice and still work.

poor warranty and customer service

I received it as a Christmas gift in 2017 and just before Christmas 2018 the steering wheel pulled extremely left or right. The USA warranty is 1 year while the UK gets 2 years. Since my wife ordered on December 11 that was when the warranty starts and I was 10 days past one year of the order. Thrustmaster refused to replace the steering wheel and offered no other possible solution. I will NEVER buy thrustmaster again

I did not buy this wheel from Best Buy, but I bought it new and it lasted 34 days. A month ago I contacted customer service at Thrustmaster explaining the problem. No reply. I found online many angry customers with the same problem, no service after the sale. If Best Buy offers a warranty with this product, be sure to buy it.
