Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In the past two years I have purchased two entry level Racing Wheels and their ESwap Controller from Thrustmaster. To make a very long story short, both Racing Wheel began making horrible grinding and popping noises during gameplay, so loud other racers could hear my noises. The controller has a terrible drift and no longer illuminates like it’s designed to do. All of these issues were within the warranty allowed. I understand that products break sometimes, but what was the final straw that made me take my business elsewhere was directly because of the Customer Service that I did not receive. I replaced the Eswap for Turtle Beach Ultimate and the entry level Fanatec DDL 5nm for $399.00. Two months in and all is well with my new gear. I do not recommend Thrustmaster with any purchase. I would even pick Logitech G920 or g923 if you like Belt Driven. Moza R3 and Fanatic DDL is Direct Drive and can be used with PC or Series X at a similar price. Large corp won’t listen to me directly so I’ll speak with my wallet. I hope this helps someone.

( look it up on youtube ) Need a pc to download patch, can not be done on gaming console. Since i do not own a pc it will cost me about $100 to have a service come in to recalabrate it, : (
