    This price is probably the only way I’d get a subscription with tidal unfortunately I go to my digital downloads and nothings In there. I’ve been trying to redeem what I purchased for hours now. Why does it have to be such a pain?

    Tidal falls a little short of its competitors. Sound is great but other services can offer that and the apps on certain devices (Roku) are not responsive

    Have not started using it. It was supposed to be a Christmas Present, but since it started the moment it was purchased, it will not be used.

    Purchasing Auto Renewing Subscriptions is wrong

    If I could rate it zero or minus 5 or 10 then I would. So, say you purchase this then screw up in many ways. 1. Don't pay attention to the 'auto renew' description when making the purchase. 2. See but ignore the Active your music service emails sent to you from Bestbuy since after all you decided you don't want to use the service. 3. Spend way too much $ buying stuff from BB thus don't look at your billing statements as one should. End result, TIDAL makes $ off you each month after 3 months until at a much later date you realize your MAJOR screw up. So let me ask you this question. If one purchases a product like a music subscription service but NEVER registers then keeps paying for it month after month after month who benefits from that? Right TIDAL. It is SO WRONG of BB to even offer this product for purchase on this site. It is double wrong for a company such as TIDAL to market an 'auto renewing' at time of purchase product. Though since BB insist on selling it and TIDAL is more then happy to take your $ the best I can do is now limit what I spend at BB since it is the ONLY way to show my disgust with both companies.
