About the Pure One S15 Flex The Pure One S15 Flex is a stick vacuum designed for 3-in-1 use. It can clean hard floors, carpets, and hard to reach areas with its various attachments. It utilizes Tineco’s iLoop Sensory Technology to determine the amount of dirt and adjust the suction to cater to the cleaning effort. Packaging and Contents The outer packaging was standard. It has a cardboard box with an outer display. The interior inserts were interesting as the vacuum components were stacked in 3 trayed layers of individually wrapped pieces. Contents include the main vacuum component, mini power brush, 2-in-1 dusting brush, crevice tool, soft dusting brush, flexible long crevice tool, multi-angle folding tube, flexible extension hose, hair cleaning tool, an extra HEPA filter, a charging base, and instructions. The charging base has places to store some of the attachments while not in use. App There is a Tineco app that you can install from the App Store or Google Play. Unfortunately, the S15 Flex is not listed in the app yet, so I could not add my device within the app. Since I couldn’t access anything I am not sure what the app actually does. Charge The manufacturer says that the battery lasts up to 40 minutes on the Auto setting. When I tried it out, it was just under the 40 minute mark. I had enough time to do the stairs plus one small to medium sized carpeted room. I did notice that Tineco made the battery removable for a quick change out. They only supplied one battery though, so unless you can find a way to buy the second you will need to charge it for 3-4 hours to get a full charge. Suction As I mentioned, it has two settings for suction power; Auto and Max. The Auto increases suction when it detects more dirt. The Max setting is like running at full suction. While this does increase the suction, it does greatly decrease the battery life. The standard suction mode is not a super strong amount of suction. This is just a general observation from applying it to the hand to see what the drawing power is. Considering that this is a stick vacuum, it did a good job cleaning my carpet. It’s not the same as a corded upright. Those are a different class of vacuum that can use more power to complete their task. The S15 did pick up quite a bit of dirt and pet hair. The HEPA filter helped to keep the air clean by not releasing the dust back into the air. Impressions The accessories are really good. This is where the S15 really exceled. The attachments are very useful and they are easy to attach and detach. There’s a variety of tools to help clean for different tasks. The Pure One was really easy to use on stairs. I also believe that this would be good for cleaning out a vehicle. The main power brush has LED lights to illuminate the area that you are cleaning. I did notice that you can’t turn off the brush heads. This is worth mentioning because some rugs cannot be cleaned with brush rollers. The worst thing that I noticed was that the trigger switch is located in a bad spot. I keep accidentally turning on and off the vacuum. The handle is shaped like a gun, and the portion of the handle below the switch is smaller than my hand. Conclusion The Pure One S15 Flex can handle numerous tasks and is well equipped for the variety. It’s right on par with other high-end stick vacuums, and the accessories are great. My biggest complaint is the location of the on/off trigger. I am giving this vacuum 4 stars because it performs well and it is clear that Tineco thought out and emphasized the attachments.

If aesthetics is a top priority this definitely looks good. Also, if you rent and you aren’t wanting to mount anything to the wall (many stick vacuum chargers have wall mounts) then you may absolutely love the solution this vacuum has, it is a decently heavy bottom that sits on the floor and has the charging integrated. So it is free standing and makes charging easy which may be a real win for some people. On the other hand, the only way to charge that I can find is through that stand, so if you don’t have a hard surface to put it on (carpet can be an issue depending on the type of carpet) charging it could be difficult for you. The vacuum itself comes with a ton of attachments including a length of hose, a small vacuum head, and multiple other thin type adapters; for those of you looking for a vacuum that can adapt to just about any situation this is also a good one to look at. This is a pretty decent vacuum as well overall. It especially works great on low to medium length carpet. I found it had a little bit of a hard time with stuff lodged in shaggy carpet rug but it did eventually get the job done once I switched off of auto and onto max. That being said, auto works pretty well for just run of the mill vacuuming and sensing when an area needs a little extra help. The battery life wasn’t an issue at all for me to do all my vacuuming needs, especially with auto sense enabled with switching to max when I didn’t quite agree with what it thought was needed. Overall, I love the number of valuable attachments included, these are perfect for going after the car or other spots that can be hard to reach. I also I love the stand for myself and where I want to store the vacuum. Lastly, I love that it matches our more white interior and that it does it’s job good. Is it replacing our plug-in heavy-duty vacuum, nope, but it means we need to pull that one out less often.

Great smart vacuum. They pack so much with it. It comes with everything you need to clean your home. They include your typical length vacuum pole, but they also include a short one (if you want to vacuum your sofas for example, or even your car seats), also tons of heads for different cleaning jobs. It includes a battery and a charging station (I love this, you just rest the vacuum on it, and it will start charging, no more having your vacuum tip over!). Putting it together was easy following the included instructions. You can use this vacuum either in smart mode (pairing it with their phone app and Wi-Fi) or not, it’s up to you, it works the same, but the app gives you some advantages, like knowing the life of the hepa filter and when to replace it, setting up cleaning schedules, knowing how long your battery lasted on your last cleaning job, how dirty it was etc. Setting the app was easy too, once they added the new model, you choose it, and it will take you to the steps of doing so. In my case it wanted to scan something with my phone camera, and the screen prompts were in Chinese, so I just chose manual setup and it creates a Wi-Fi hotspot where you connect your phone to it and then come back to the app and it will ask your router’s Wi-Fi credentials, this is done just the first time, after that it connects to it via Wi-Fi any time you open the app. I love the large indicator ring, it will glow red or blue, depending on how dirty or clean your floor is and in the AUTO mode, it will adjust the motor suction speed automatically, based on how dirty or clean your floor is, thus saving battery in the process. I found out that a full battery charge will be enough for my one floor home, but I would guess it would not be enough for a second floor in the same cleaning, so plan on that if you have several floors on your home (or get a spare battery from them). Cleans super well and dumping the debris is super easy and it’s done by pulling a lever down and down the hatch the dirt goes, you don’t even have to touch it.

Review of Tineco Pure One S15 Flex Smart Stick Vacuum Tineco Pure ONE S15 Series is battery powered, smart and cordless category vacuum. Out of box it is easy to assemble, and start using right away. It doesn’t require major reading of the how to use manual except to understand some details. The package comes with handy number of accessories for different cleaning situation and convenience. For instance, it comes with the charging base where to park the vacuum with the tube or without it. Af for cleaning need, it includes 1. Direct-drive anti-tangle LED power brush 2. Mini power brush 3. 2-in-1 dusting brush 4.Cervice Tool 5.Soft Dusting brush 6. Flexible long service tool 7. Multi-angle folding tube 8. Flexible extension hose 9. Hair cleaning tool Battery Charging: To charge fully the battery, according to the manual it takes 3-4 hours. From the actual charging while the battery had 51%, to fully charge took about 1hour and half approximately to reach 100%. Now while it is charging, the display shows the status, and once fully charged, the screen goes totally off. Vacuuming Hard floor: Using Direct-drive anti tangle LED power brush, vacuuming is not bad, it is light enough to maneuver with one hand without getting tire easy. It can clean corners and edges without issues, and dusts get cleaned easily. The LED light serve as guide and able to notice dust as clean. Now, during hard floor cleaning, it is bit noisy though that comes form the brush side. Vacuuming Capet: It is quite similar to using on Hard Floor from removing dust perspective. The only big difference observed is less noisy with the same brush used for Hard Floor, Direct-drive anti-tangle LED power brush. Note on Direct-drive anti-tangle LED power brush: Vacuumed a spot with lot of hairs, and at least from the usage the hair doesn’t appear tangled, hence avoid spending time removing hearts from the brush. What does well: 1. Remove dust as expected 2. To vacuum, I don’t have to maintain the Power On/Off while working. It is press once to vacuum, preset again to stop. This seems good feature compared to others that need to hold the button while vacuuming adding stress to the hand on top of holding weight of the vacuum while vacuuming. 3. The battery is removal allowing to exchange or have second one ready and exchange. 4. Hair anti-tangle brush; hairs are not tangled helping to save time to remove it. 5. Dust sensor seems quite accurate as it turn red in Loop and becoming blue as clean/ 6. Auto mode seems to work accurately as accelerate where more dust is, and less where doesn’t. What I don’t like: 1. The noise from the brush while vacuuming hard floor 2. The dust bin is very limited capacity. As per its manual, its size is of 0/47L. Hence it is for short vacuuming or high frequency of emptying the bin for large work. 3. Hard to clean the bin as the dustbin cannot be removed or separated from the main vacuum body. Although it has mechanism via Dust Empty Release Button and Dust Empty Tab, there is remaining dust and hair stuck between Mesh Filter and Dustbin which need to cleaned by hand and it is hard to reach. 4.Charging with the base only possible with the tube. The base needs to be used only at the floor and cannot be used on alike table and charge directly form main body of the vacuum. 5. Unable to control the power of suction manually. Its Mode are only Auto, or Manual that only allow minimum 6. As vacuum, the display face toward the downside such hardly readable. The display include indicators and icons but as vacuuming it sort of redundant as hardly be interpreted immediately on the go. 7. While charging, the display face down so the reading of numbers and everything on it is reverse. So need to either remove from charging for correct reading from the vacuum, or from the app but that takes second device to reach out. 8. Using App feels bit redundant as couldn’t find usefulness while not using the vacuum, nor cannot use while vacuuming. In short, it is a handy vacuum for quick work, and good lasting battery for the same purpose with nice to have functions. But its downside I am not sure if justify the price.

The S15 Flex comes with everything I wanted of a vacuum in a box; everyone at home likes how it looks, modern, smart, sophisticated and clean. I really like how well it works on top of its looks. It comes with plenty of different attachments for small to larger tasks including my vehicles as well as home. I like that it is light in weight and it is distributed evenly for easy to clean around the house. We have hardwood floors, carpet and area rugs and the S15 cleans them all well. It does have a strong motor to pick up dirt as well as hair, so it does have good an strong suction power. Everyone likes how it looks, it comes with the stand where it is charging and there is space for 3 attachments. It was easy to link with my WiFi, just make sure you use the 2.4ghz frequency because it is the only way it will get connected and I can see from my application how well its charged, how clean is the filter, On the app it also lets you know if there are any issues with the vacuum so that is a plus. The S15 is designed to pick up smaller debris because with larger things either the vacuum will push them forward or the inside of the main cyclone it will get full very fast. I also would have liked for the display to turn because if you are looking at it while vacuuming you can read the display but while charging, it is upside down so perhaps a screen with all the info that is able to flip would be a good idea to add. I would have liked for the battery to be able to charge without placing it on the vacuum or perhaps sell another charger in case I have two batteries, since if using and the battery dies out then you have to wait until the battery is charged again. Overall I like this for every day cleaning, plenty of attachments, looks great and works great while some details can be improved in the future we like it so far.

This vacuum is amazing! It is so easy to use and has SO MANY attachments! I have 2 dogs and it keeps my house clean. I gave it a 4 stars, cause i couldnt do 4.5. The only down side is the main part of the vacuum is a bit heavy, so if you are vaccuuming the car and in different angles your hand may get a bit sore. The only negative is the small plastic piece that pushes all the dirt out when you are emptying it did break a bit within the first 2 weeks. Besides that i love this thing!

This vacuum comes with lots of attachments but there are a few key issues that my wife and I have with it. Overall it looks very sleek and has plenty of power but the few issues we have with it just outweigh the good things about it. Pros - Looks sleek and sophisticated - Charges quickly - Lots of power - Does a great job picking up dust hair - Lots of attachments Cons - Power button is in the most inconvenient place - Canister can barely hold larger debris or vacuumed up items - Has a smart app for whatever reason but after 15 mins of trying to get it connected to my network I gave up - When canister has larger items if you attempt to compress the contents it may pop the bottom out and all contents onto the floor I really wanted this upright vacuum to impress me but after a week of use I just don't see this being one I would buy again. In our house with our kids we are constantly vacuuming up larger items such as cereal or other items that they drop on the floor. This vacuum just doesn't compare with the other shark upright that we also own. The attached pictures show some hot Cheetos one of the kids dropped on the floor that I was unable to vacuum up with this one but my shark upright had no problems vacuuming all of it up.

The Pure One S15 Flex is very quiet and includes all the attachments most will ever need. You have several different configurations to use the vacuum up high, down low. Inside the house and outside in the car. Even a nice weighted base to hold most of the tools and charge the vacuum is included. After assembly and a charge. You will be treated to how extremely quite the S15 is. Even on MAX setting, the vacuum is quieter than any vac I have previously used. I think the Tineco "Auto" iLoop Smart sensor does a great job using the power it needs as it encounters floor debris. Although, Auto setting will yield the quietest and best battery life for all surfaces except carpet. I found the MAX setting was a better choice for thicker carpet. Just be ready as it says in the instructions, battery life on MAX will be about 10 minutes. On Auto I did get almost 24 minutes running around the house easily sucking up dust bunnies on hardwood and tile floors. The overall function of the S15 is very good. Suction is good on AUTO and better on MAX despite the hit to battery power. Its easy to empty and even has a slider to help scrape the interior to keep you from touching dirt. And maybe best of all. You pull the trigger to start the vac and it stays on till you pull the trigger again. Tineco even allows you to easily disassemble the filters and dust bin to rinse all the parts to maintain a near new suction after you start using the vac. Just don't forget to check the filter above the handle (magnetic cap) and not just the filter in the dust bin. While Tineco included every possible dusting brush, crevice tool and secondary brush head, and a weighted base to hold most of it. I hope they give consideration to adding a second battery to the kit. I know the S15 Flex is not meant to replace a full size vacuum. Yet, if you have lots of thicker carpet. The extra battery would be very handy to have on hand. Or double the capacity of the included battery.

Awesome vacuum! Lightweight, with a LED floor lights that actually help you see the difference. The automatic sensing technology helps to regulate the battery life. Lots of extra fixtures that allow for easy cleaning of things like widow blinds, baseboards, ceiling fans, and even keyboards. Really happy with this purchase.

Works well on my tile and hardwood floors. Does a very poor job on my carpet. Charge lasts just long enough to do my 1250 square foot home. Removable battery, so you can buy a spare one to swap out. Lots of nice attachments included. Lightweight. Charge stand works well. I don’t recommend this if you have carpeted floors.

By far i think this product the best than any dyson ive owned or my son own. He currently hws the to0 of the line one, pef friendly such as mine. Thi product beats his hands down and it cost less. Ive got 3 cats wnd i love it. No issue!!!

Excellent, powerful the only thing is that the battery doesn’t last much! But is really good for pet hair and dust!

No lengthy dissertation here, I’ll just say it’s fantastic at dealing with pet hair and all the other debris I’m confronted with. I like having the ability to swap out exhausted batteries and my only dislike is the color. I would have much preferred a dark metallic blue.

This vacuum works wonders and i cannot believe how much it cleans vs the traditional vacuum we all grew up with using, very light and no cord makes cleaning easy and fast for any type up cleanup.

This vacuum is definitely a step up from our S11. The suction just doesn’t compare also the stand is better with nothing to hang on the wall.

Overall this is a really good vacuum but I do think the battery life needs improvement.

Bought as a gift for my Mother-in-law who loved my Tineco S15.. but she wanted ALL the attachments! This DELIVERED! We LOVE the mini-motarized brush for cleaning the couches, a few of the attachments are kind of unnecessary, but for an 85 year old with a bad shoulder she LOVED the light weight and easy maneuverability. Cleaned her OLD carpet so much better than her canister vacuum!!

The product performs as expected. However, the time it took to receive it was entirely too long.
