FPS, with a twist
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The game presents a variety of weapons, gametypes, and maps. Further distinguished by pilot and titan loadouts with customizable weapons. You can also earn and use 3 burn cards per match to further boost your game to the next level. The leveling system doesn't end. When reaching max level you can effectively reset your level to 1, earning yourself a generation rank. So you can keep pressing forward for more prestige. Unfortunately the style of gameplay is not very forgiving to players new to the FPS genre. The game presents 2 very different styles of gameplay, as a pilot, and as a titan. Mastering both may proove to be a difficult hurdle to new players.

Overall Good game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What makes this game great is that it's different than other first person shooters. Wall running combined with double jumping means enemies can come at you from any direction. Titans are pretty fun to use but I personally enjoy hopping on the backs of enemy titans to try to destroy them. I was hoping the online campaign would be more like a typical campaign (in games like Call of Duty or Battlefield) that I could go through with 5 of my friends. However the campaign in this game is basically standard multiplayer matches with a story given before each round starts. Multiplayer is still a lot of fun and I'd say the game is worth getting for that alone.

Titan Fall
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A Great Game if you are tired of Call of Duty and Black Ops. The Titan Robot are Awsome. To me the quick firing is way better than CoD or BO. There is know single Campaign which is a downfall for me. It's still a GREAT Game and would Recommend it to anyone who love 1st person shooter games!!

THE next-gen shooter is here!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall a great shooter for the Call of Duty generation. Your adrenaline kicks into overdrive as soon as you hop into a titan but it never lets up when you're running around as a pilot. Respawn has done a great job in reimagining the level-up system--in Call of Duty it would take Level 20 to get access to game-changing weapon enhancements. Titanfall requires half the time (if not less!). The one downside is the campaign. I'm sure it's difficult to mash campaign components will a multiplayer-dominated game and Respawn does a decent job with version 1.0. It still needs work--it's very difficult to follow the dialogue and cutscenes while you are in the heat of battle.

worth playing for sure.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good game to start the series. Wall running is awesome. Titans are gre. Customization could be better. Graphics could be better. A lot of fun and a cool new genre for fps games.

Good first person shooter
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a quality first person shooter experience on the Xbox one. The DLC is now free so the value is even better. The downsides are the game is getting older so the player base is shrinking and there is no single player campaign. I would recommend giving this a shot.

Great game but.....
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As most of the professional reviews suggest this game breaks the traditional boundaries of the fps genre. It clearly has it's roots in call of duty gameplay. By that I mean constant level upgrades (weapons and abilities) along with rank privileges. The game play is fast and furious...think quake with mechs. The graphics really show off what the next gen consoles can do. My only gripe is that there is no offline options. Campaign is basically multiplayer with a light storyline attached. Also,if your internet or xbox live goes down plan on shelving this until it's back up and running. Bottom line: if you own an xbox one, buy it.

Fun Game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First game i purchased for my XBOX One and knew it was suppose to be a good multiplier game but was very surprise how fun it was. I played it on the PC and it was alright but when I tried it on the One it made me stop playing Destiny for a while because it was so fun

Awesome game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome game fast paced action something entirely different in first person shooters. Tons of fun from the first minute you play awesome balance not one Titan or load out is overpowers any other. One of the best first person shooters I've played and my favorite game right now. Campaign mode is a sham it's just two different MP modes on the 9 different maps with a tiny story laid on top but you have to play to earn the two other mechs. Also you have to have xbox live if live is don't you can't play!!! No private matches either. Overall it is an awesome game hopefully the new DLC will add new maps, game modes and weapons.

Great game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice fast paced game, think about Unreal Tournament, almost like it. The graphics are not 1080p but it is ok because this is a brand new console. Short campaign but fun multiplayer.

A welcomed change FPS games
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game definitely lives up to the hype that came with it. It takes the gameplay found in the COD and Battlefield series' up a notch. If you're a fan of the constant action of call of duty and cooperative gameplay of battlefield then this game is great. you'll constantly find yourself up, down, left, right, back, and forward. likewise, it requires that you call in titans simultaneously with teammates or face the likely gang up on by the other team's titans. on the downside the weapons choices and titan customization leave much to be desired. the campaign is practically nonexistent also. overall i am very happy and excited with this game.

Feels like a next-gen game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like most Xbox players, I've been religiously getting every Call of Duty for years. And while the recent installments are still fun, they don't bring much of anything new to the table. With Titanfall on Xbox One, it feels new and fresh. The game has a really fast pace and feels so multidimensional when you can easily go from being on the ground to on top of a building in seconds. And while it seems like using a Titan makes you unstoppable, they are actually pretty vulnerable. You have to be smart with how you use it, which is great. As frenetic and crazy as the game feels, it really lends itself to teamwork. Absolutely recommend this game.

Best when played with friends
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this game because my buddies were playing it. Not much of a story but missions can be challenging. Good alternative to Call of Duty. Gameplay mechanics are different from most other FPS games. I like being able to run sideways on walls but it can be frustrating to get killed while waiting for your Titan to drop. It is a good idea to play the tutorial several times to make sure you have the hang of it before you jump in the middle of the action.

Good Game But....
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is one of the better multiplayer games I have ever played, But what I did not like is the fact that I does not have the option for single player and you can basically only play this game online. You have to wait for other people to come in and play, and for the most part if you are a team player you have to join a clan and play with them. for the lack of single player you get placed right into the action without much practice other than the training mode. It could have earned a 5th Star but for the fact that I am a fan of completing the story mode for self gratification, it gets 4.

Best FPS out there right now
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a fun game. Be warned: there is no offline campaign mode; this is for online multiplayer only. For many people this is a bad thing, but for me this is great, as I don't care much for offline gaming. The developer concentrated exclusively on online multiplayer modes, and it shows. Great map design, and variety. Tons of fun wether you're in a mech, or on foot. The shooting feels a lot like COD, as does the class customization. Once you start double jumping and running on walls, you'll notice you're not in COD anymore. There's also a lot less lag in this game than in any game I played on the 360.

Okay game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good game. I just got board with it fast. If I had it to do over again I would have waited to buy it when it was in the $30 range. It's better than call of duty. And that's coming from someone who played call of duty religiously and buys map packs. Last few cod releases have been poorly done and same problems are carried over from previous versions. Those problems don't seem to be in Titan fall and have not seen it lag out yet or kick you from a game. It would be better if there was more to it. But is a nice game to have. Might get better with map pack releases.

Great Multiplayer FPS.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great first person shooter with a lot of fast paced action. The graphics are great and the gameplay is very smooth. There is no single player/offline mode however, so make sure you have xbox live gold and an internet connection.

Had on Xbox 360; Had to get it on Xbox One
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I had this on the Xbox 360 and recently finally got my Xbox One. Well, after a friend picked up his, he got Titanfall. After watching him play, I had to go get it for my Xbox One. It reminded me of how much fun the game is. Also, my son loves it!

Awesome multiplayer game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For what Titanfall is, it delivers a great product. It's designed to only be a multiplayer game, but if this had a single-player story-driven campaign it would be even better. Like I said, it was DESIGNED to be that so I have no problem with that at all.
