    I bought this watch two years a go. Less than12 months the button wasn't working (the frame on the right side of the button didn't touch the surface), I sent it to TomTom to get a replacement. Six more months after the same issue with the button (on the upper side). The watch has great features but the quality of the product is questionable.

    Old Version ???

    In a world where tech set up is relatively easy, (iPads, Phones, etc) the Tom Tom Multi-sport is far from easy. Apparently the software version on the watch I bought TODAY is not compatible with my iPhone. And it appears it's the watch not the phone. I gave up before I really got started! I might try a Garmin.

      Hello, i'm sorry to read that you gave up on the watch before getting to know it further. The watch has gone through multiple software updates since its inception, hence it ia possible that the model you received still had the old software that was not compatible with any mobile devices. If you had updated it on MySports Connect, you would have been able to connect it to your smartphone (iPhone 4S and above)TomTomInc.
