This is truly False Advertising. This is the cheapest piece of music equipment I’ve ever purchased. It advertises 400W but when you get it the paperwork states 5W. Very deceitful. Stay away and keep your hard earned money. Only way you should purchase this item is if it’s sold at Dollar Tree.

Stopped working after 3 uses and company did not respond when contacted through Best Buy app. Returned per Best Buy’s support and two weeks later still no refund or response
