Great TV. Remote not so much.

There's no lighting on the keys and the layout isn't simple to learn. If you're not that picky about ease of use for the remote, it's great.

I am able to explore channels, movies, tv shows and series on it with ease. I got it for a reasonable price too. Best Buy is the best store. Kudos!

Excellent tv with 1 flaw good purchase

Only issue I’ve had with 2 of these in 7 years is screen blacks out not any knowledge of why but audio works just picture stops working. Would recommend extended warranty it will pay for itself other than that great tv

The smart features are programed well making it easy to move around the features. It also has voice recognition to control use of the TV. I would buy this product again.

Good but slow
