If you loose the remote you are screwed unless you buy a replacement. Ask me how I know. Haha. It’s really a good tv! I’ve have had it for about 2 years and haven’t had any problems. The screen quality is good. I barely turn the volume over 10 because it’s pretty loud. Even with kids screaming in the background.love that the remote has the smart buttons and can talk into it.
