It takes a little while for this tv to load up and sometimes it can be annoying. That’s something to keep in mind if you haven’t used a smart tv’s before. Other than that, I don’t have any complaints.

She loved it. It wasn't too complicated for her to operate it. She downloads and sets up apps better than we can now. Great product and the customer service we received was excellent. Thank you.
