Impossible to update apps

However, when you connect to any of the apps (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc.) you get a message that an "app upgrade is available". Hitting the "upgrade" option takes you to another screen that tells you an "app upgrade is available", hitting the "download option" takes you back to the first screen telling you an upgrade is available -rinse, lather, repeat. Very annoying. I would not buy the model again.

This is an awesome TV

However, the most I hate about this TV is the remote. It is too small even for my small hands. It slips out my hands pretty much half of the time.

My only complaint is the insanely slow response time when doing anything ie: changing channels, opening menu, going to setting, etc. It is ridiculously slow.
